Unfortunately, I have no choice in this matter... my company issues Shell Fleetcards to us so I'm tied to Shell no matter what... I just hope that Shell diesel is clean enough...
The sounds of my HU are acceptable, I guess. Although, I'm not really such a sound enthusiast that I would be able to tell the difference.

Balak ko nga i-DIY na lang muna kasi konti lang naman ung swirls. Me nakagamit na ba ng swirl removers dito yung non abarasive lang? Based on your experience, nakakatanggal ba talaga ng swirls?

June 11th, 2008 01:53 PM #1873Walang tweeters yong carens dito sa pinas. Me dalawang tweeters attach on the the doors sa ibang bansa, I don't know sa EX kung meron..mine is LX lang kasi.
Wala namang problem yong diesel ang Shell. I have been using it, and now my mileage is near 15k na. Depende naman yan sa Gas Station, pag di properly maintained yon kanila underground tank tiyak madumi. Iwasan nyong magpakarga pagnag-dispense yong delivery truck para sigurado kayo. MapaShell amn or petron or caltex.

There is no proof that shell diesel is dirty. Tama yung sinasabi ng iba, its more of tank maintenance nila or if the delivery truck is filling the tank for sure the sediments are agitated and it might get into your tank. Yung klase ng fuel is depende sa makina eh kung saan sya mas "hiyang" tumakbo ng mas ok ang power and economy. Try mo one time at pakiramdaman mo. On my own, I got better mileage in Petron. Di ko pa na try ang Caltex.

jovill, you can try using mothers steps 2 (sealant and glaze) and 3 (carnauba wax). step 2 can help reduce the swirls and step 3 for the shine...
or you can visit the bigberts website. may price list sila doon...

kulang talaga highs ng sounds natin. best install a pair of tweets and crossovers. targa would do for those hindi pihikan. tutal the ones already installed in our cars (not just carens) are supposedly TARGA din... this i learned from someone from winterpine...

The 2.0 in the Carens really does 7-8 km/l in city traffic. Even though it's only 2 liters, it makes a lot of power, and making power takes fuel.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
