Does anyone know the part number of Vic oil filter? May available na kasi sa ACE hardware for PhP200.00. I-verify ko lang kung tama.

air filter: a-525v
fuel filter: fc-208a
Brake pad: Bendix Code number is DB1468

tumingin ako last time sa ACE, wala pa daw sila stock ng lahat ng yan..

this week kasi bibili ako ng MICON automatic turbo timer for isuzu d-max. OEM look siya. Kaso automatic daw siya so hindi mo na kailangan magset ng time, magisa na siya mamatay because it depends on the condition of the engine kung ganu daw katagal dapat nakaset yun time.

Hindi mo ba pwede ilock yun doors kung natanggal mo na keys mo tapos nagactivate na yun turbo timer? kasi for me kung hindi pwede ilock, ayaw ko na bumili. Hihintayin ko nalang magisa ishut off yun engine. Ayaw ko naman pa alter yun electrical system ko by placing "diode"

saan ka bibili and how much? san gawa yan? katulad ba yan sa binebenta ni PAJ4x4? balak ko din kasi bumuli ng TURBO TIMER..

there are two types of OME shocks, the normal and the stiff. stiff is used when there are additional loads like bullbars, winch etc. same as the suspension like springs. but commonly used are the normal shocks.

Changing to OME's cost a lot, and the difference in ride, handling and control differs from car to car and from person to person. But lets compute the cost of changing shocks. 23k is 2% of the cost of a new 2wd dmax. to fully enjoy your investment of more than a million pesos, its not really a big amount to add to the price of a new set of shocks. Some of us even buy sunglasses that cost as much to look good, a watch that is many times more expensive so that other people could see and say nice watch. why not buy yourself a set of OMEs to let yourself enjoy the dmax better?

anyways, talked to a friend this afternoon about his experience with his d-max against the new strada. he was travelling at around 100kph when a strada passed him like he was standing still. he tried to catch the strada, reaching spped of 140 he caught up, the tailpipe of the strada was spewing black smoke already, so was his d-max, at 160 he passed the strada. hsabi niya ok lang mas bago strada mas mabilis naman daw d,max niya. dmax was carrying a lot of car batteries pa, 18" rims manual, 2wd. a fluke maybe but he was happy.

well, i would believe that kc iv done somewhat similar to what your frend has sed... kaso lang PUB yun sakin... gagong driver kc yun sa truck.. wont let me pass kahit nagbusina na ako... binilisan niya ang takbo and humabol naman ako sa dmax namin... to my surprise, kaya ng dmax talaga humabol not exerting alot of effort...

So far in my search for a turbo timer that can bypass the alarm/central locking wala pang ganun, even sa mga high end ng Apexi. I had to settle for the pivot nalang and no, you can't remote lock the doors while its still counting down . I don't think that the designers had this in mind

In as much as I would like to preserve my wirings, I also would like to save some time by being able to leave the car quickly especially when I'm in a hurry so I guess good naman ang trade off in the end. I guess its ok naman if the timer will have a mind of its own, ako naman I prefer if I set it myself because the distance and accelerations vary depending on my trip.

wala talagang trubo timer na maka bypass sa alarm kc our units where not designed that way to be intalled by a turbo timer.. hindi rin pwede nila i.setup yun na meron nang wiring or something sa turbo timer kc magkaiba ang turbo timers na gamitin sa aftermarket... baka meron pang complication... so far, sa dmax namin... ok naman siya.. and wer using pivot....

but sa trooper namin pwede ko iset ng automatic... siya sa magset how many minutes or seconds dpending sa gamit sa car... pivot din but i dont know how they connected it that way.. recently ko lang napansin kc...

Good point! Medyo mismatch nga ang lines if you follow it from tip to tip.

if yes, there must be something wrong with how the timer and or alarm is installed. all na na install na namin ng turbo timer pwede i lock either via keyless entry or alarm ang vehicle. you can leave it there running up to 10 mins if you wish but the vehicle is armed/locked na.

I think someone mentioned here before that the D-Max has a speed limiter? Strangely kasi, the D-Max reaches 160 kph effortlessly and in no time but won't go beyond that speed.:confused:

Not sure about that Isketi. I was able to reach 170kph last time I tried.

Dito lang sa binilhan ko ng Pivot, a complete car shop naman. I'm really surprised na pwede pala maka-bypass ng locks ang timer wish I knew earlier hehe.
