Holy cow, ang ganda nga nang fit and mukhang very thick yung leather at may Isuzu logo pa sa front. Ang mahal pala nang kuha ko sa casa (Mandaue Cebu, where I got my unit Nov. 2005), parang 7500 if I remember it right..and the leather is not as thick. Post ko pics later...

nauna lang pala ako ng 1 month. Kinuha ko Dmax from Isuzu Mandaue October 2005. Ano pala comment mo sa service nila? At bakit sa Cebu ka pa kumuha considering you're from Negros?

yun knob pang switch ng FAn ng aircon niyo, maluwag ba talaga kung inaalog? Kasi sakin maluwag.

Di dapat maluwag. Nabaklas mo ba yan before? I was able to remove min while remove my HU to install the AUX cable para matanggal ang cover.

Yes, I second that question of yours Salonika. I've been planning to have my HU connected with AUX plugs for my phone MP3 player but I'm having second thoughts as I might trigger the airbags

Hi Jubilum,
It will not trigger anything. If you can just removed the covers ng panel, madali na lang yun. You may need to remove the connectors ng Hazard light sa button niya sa panel face.

nauna lang pala ako ng 1 month. Kinuha ko Dmax from Isuzu Mandaue October 2005. Ano pala comment mo sa service nila? At bakit sa Cebu ka pa kumuha considering you're from Negros?

Only Mandaue Cebu was able to provide me with an LS unit that time -- last unit daw, as they will be replacing it with the LX model without the ABS and airbags feature. I called up everyone-Manila, Mindanao, Bacolod and only Cebu was able to produce. Mandaue service? Mmmm..not bad actually. One bad experience though. Nuong nagpa 10k service ako duon, nawalan ako nang isang expensive cologne that I placed in the dashboard compartment and the dealership was not able to replace or locate it. Pangit di ba? One more thing, mahal sila. I purchased all my burloloys like hood visor, stepboard, weatherguard and turbo timer sa Ayala Center (forgot the name of the shop) kasi mahal sa casa.

Nasa manual kasi natin not to tinker with the dashboard as it might trigger the airbags

thats awful u lost stuff in mandaue isuzu ako never a bad experience sa kanila all our cars isuzu and sa kanila halos paagawa and yes i agree grabe mahal but then the price comes with space for us buyers to complain when may ayaw tayo so i guess ok lang LOL

Well, aside from that unfortunate experience, wala naman akong ibang problema sa kanila. In fact, I'm planning to have my 20k service sa kanila, mga next month siguro, in time for a family trip to Cebu. Nasa 19k na kasi ako...any tips on the 20k servicing guys? Mga magkano kaya?

Actually, another option kasi is to go to Bacolod kasi I heard mas completo ang equipments nila duon compared to Mandaue Cebu...

wow sa bacolod? taga bacolod din ako eh but we live here na grew up here na rin but i still come whenever i can. labor ng 1.5k ko was abt 2.3k without materials so i guess prepare to spend hehehe

sa kin nga pala 35000 km na and PMS is change oil and wheel bearing repack. sa YOKOHAMA servitek quoted me 180 php per wheel of repack (labor only). two front wheels lang ba nirerepack or pati ung likod?

No need to repack the rear wheels since they are sealed. Replace nalang yan if ever worn out na and it will take long for it to wear out.

nung last week na nagchange coolant ako, i observed that rust (kalawang) was starting to buildup at the radiator. so i think hindi maganda ung stock coolant na ginamit sa dmax natin (color green). after flushing with distilled water, i used Prestone coolant at 60:40 coolant:distilled water. tinapangan ko na kasi to compensate for the fluid na hindi lumabas during flushing.

so reminder lang sa inyo baka kasi nagkaron na rin ng rust formation ung radiator nyo..
