Why does Isuzu advertise the 2007 D-Max as "Global D-Max"? We don't even get the 160++ hp engine of the Thai D-Max with hood scoop.

question: gaano kabigat ang nkarga nyo na sa Dmax nyo? i once haul 23 sacks(aprox 40kg).... suave ang takbo na Dmax..humihingi pa ng hatak.....

araw araw approx 80kilos ang karga ko. Kasama pa ako mga 140-150kilos na. I can still boost upto 17psi and reach 140kph in more or less 12 seconds.

140 kgs?parang dalawang tao na yun,,pero antulin pala ng dmax! imagine 140 kph in just 12 seconds...

yup 140 kilos. 40 kilos of sand + 40 kilos carryboy roller up + ako pa. Matulin? Yeah im sure matulin naman dmax. Im not really sure kung 12 seconds pero the heck ang imporant nakakaabot ng 140kph. Kung may kilala ka naka dmax, borrow his dmax then hiritin mo. Then ikaw magjudge ng sarili mo

and romel im not really sure about the acceleration time of my dmax because I dont bring a stop watch with me.

I took a picture of the speedometer of my dmax while I was driving in white plains drive infront of corinthian.. I think more or less 2-3 kilometers lang yun.. again im not sure if 2 kilometers lang yun.



may ibubuga pa dmax dyan kaso lang naubusan na ako ng daan. Punta ka sa isuzu test drive ka dmax, im sure u would be very satisified with the engine considering turbo diesel lang sakin, not yet the crdi.

GALING!!!...... clear ko lang, karga ko 23 sacks ng palay, each sack weighs approx 40kg ..bale thats around, 920 kilos or 2024lbs....thats six(6) shaquile oneal on my cargo......hehehehe

That is the advantage of Low Speed gearing.
Medyo di ganon kataas ang Top Speed pero di naman hirap sa kargahan.

140kph in 12 secs? you are dreaming, arent you? never did isuzu mention or any reviews about this vehicle to be fast as its contenders. kaya make sure about your comments. kung ganun tinalo mo pa ang hi lux 3.0, kunsabagay 180 kph in bareley less than a min. naman yon.

hey man I told in my previous statement that I didnt brought a stopwatch with me. and I told that I wasnt sure. Why make a fuzz about all this if im not even sure? Wow bilib ako sa tibay mo, 180kph in a hi-lux. Di ka man lang kinabahan or natakot? Dont get me wrong pero I have a cousin who has Hi-lux natatakot ako mag 150kph kasi yun hi-lux nya walang abs man lang. Dont worry to satisfy you, next time I will bring my stopwatch and time my acceleration. babalitaan kita pre pati yun millisecond sasabihin ko sayo. Peace!

first time mo lang ata nag-post dito sa thread na ito and your reaction was somehow not that good..

i could say that my dmax could hit 100 kph in less than 5 sec. and that's my opinion and observation, so be it..

Hindi pa siguro nakapagdrive ng DMax si Mr. Big...

I really would like know how fast sa drag strip ang dmax na stock... my gut feel is that it is a little below or around 15 sec sa quarter mile.

its the platform it is globalized po sir... but the engine and trans are depedent on the area or country... globalized po yun platform ng dmax...

dapat itest drive nila muna b4 magcoment... and yup 100km/hr in 10 secs adn dmax... its in a magazine... or itest drive yun ke srbogoy kc naka tuned na yun... lets see...


jason, bilis na ng takbo mo ah... hehehe.... sana kinunan ko ng pic ang speedo ko rin nung sinubukan namin patakbohin ng top speed ang dmax namin... hinid naman sa nagmamayabang but our dmax put out 160km/hr.. hehehe... nakakatakot nga lang... hehehehe.....

kahit loaded ang dmax den you will drive in an inclined terrain kaya parin nun kahit mag full stop ka gitna ng incline... .. done dat na kc...
