Prices of 2nd hand cars? I just wanna share two very nice tips, based on experiences...
Let's take for example a 2007 Sportivo (5yr old) priced at PHP700K. Is it a good buy?
Keep in mind that a brand new 2012 Sportivo cost around PHP1.2M, let's see...

    1. Vehicle Age (years):
Price of the New - PHP100K / year = price of 2nd hand car.
    That's 1.2M - (100K x 5) = 700K.
Hmmmn... 700K give or take a couple ten thousands... Fair enough.

    2. Kilometer Run or Mileage:
Price of the car depreciates by approximately PHP10 per KM Run.
    Say the Old Car travelled 50Kkm, that's 1.2M - (50K x 10) = 700K.
Hmmmn... 700K give or take a couple ten thousands... Fair enough too.

Initially, your budget should be playing around PHP700K.
and a 5yr old Sportivo for PHP700K is already a good buy.

I'm thinking of installing an oil catch can on my 4JA1-T engine but can't find the inlet and outlet tube.

    TIA

I just had my crosswind tuned up. valve clearance, change oil, palit lahat ng filters. Then finally, nakapag injection nozzle cleaning narin ako(uling na pala talaga yung nozzles ko) and I had my exhaust pipe flushed.
sir, saan ka po nag paayos ? and magkano inabot lahat ? thank you.

'Yun bang
high mount stop lamp niya.
TIA.

As per my mechanic, possible culprit was the use of different brands of diesel and dirty service stations. Kaya ngayon, I only fill-up my tank in one station if possible then using only one brand... hth
sir, san ka po nag paayos? and what brand of diesel use? thank you..

after the cleaning, crosswind runs like the wind ;). ramdam ang difference sa responsivenes. may work for your, too.

Hi Sir/s - newbie here at owner ng Crosswind 2004 A/T Diesel (2.5L).

Any advise po mga sir will be a great help! Thanks in advance!

Dapat nasa "Park" sya for AT or Neutral naman for MT.

Although lahat ng casa may flaws, just be friendly, it helps.

Bro, makes sense! i second to this. more, upon switch on the ignition the CHECK TRANS indicator over the panel will lit and disappear within 3 seconds whether you start it on the engine or not. And this is very normal. Take note if this is not the behavior or characteristic then that's another story.
Have a good day and more power to all tsikoter having Crosswind A/T variant.
