Any thoughts mga sir? TIA.
Babasahin na lang un article ng autoindustriya hirap pa intindihin then will give somehow a piece of his mind na parang ke galing.
What i dont like is that people here will somehow tend to believe na tama ata un info mo. We have to be responsible on what we post for the good of our dear tsikoteers.
Peace out.

Powering the Chevrolet Trailblazer is a 2.8 liter Duramax diesel engine with VGT. It produces 180 hp at 3800 rpm and 470 Nm of torque at 2000 rpm. The engine is actually developed by Isuzu, and most probably will be used in the next generation Isuzu Alterra.

Again, TB's engines are NOT made by Isuzu.
"The engine was a joint design between GM and VM Motori several years ago but is now completely owned and used by GM in several global platforms. Although the Duramax name was created as a joint venture with Isuzu, the new engine is solely owned by GM, which no longer has a partnership with VM Motori after*Fiat finalized its purchase*of the diesel engine company last month."

Hehe. Because a blog is more believable than a major magazine / website? Hehehe.
Sucks when manufacturers relabel engines they've bought from suppliers or other manufacturers. Makes it hard for outsiders to tell what's what. (Mazda-designed Ford Duratecs... Ford-designed Mazda V6s... VM Motori diesels in the Colorado & Wrangler... the Fiat 1.3 in the Tata Manza and the Chevy Spin...)

Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Can you share your experiences on which diesel fuel is best for our MUX? TIA
Stealership or not, i think i do not have a choice, can i insist on them not to include this and that without voiding my warranty? Pero im grateful we have a forum such as this, i can make learned exchanges with the SA, hoping they would think na alam ko sinasabi kosana nga lang di masyado garapal. Well, i think all dealership are mostly the same, taga talaga, sa toyota dito sa amin, the same din from brake cleaners to basahan charge sa akin..
Even the engine oil nowadays other makes don't change at 1TKms anymore.
