we kept quiet and follow the procedure which customer service always tells us...i let my husband handle this with diplomacy. but it's not working... what do they want... i hope this thread will wake them up.. ours is with otis near to 4 months now... na bangga sya after 2months we purchased . we understand that the parts is not available in the philippines.. however, do we have to accept the reason na nakalimutan orderin yung ibang parts?... and when we want to talk to the customer manager to report this .. eh nasa abroad daw.. and whatever queries we have, will be attended once his back????? .. hmmm???? i wouldnt be surprise.. proper turn over na nga lang na nadadating yung sasakyan na nabangga eh hindi nila nagawa... what more..? im just wondering alam kya ng executives ang nangyayari... at the end of the day they will only say "GANUN PO TALAGA ANG PROCEDURE" well? baka naka korean writing ang procedure kya hindi maintindihan ng pinoy?
my hubby loves his Santa Fe very much... ... i feel sad everytime we see 1 on the road. i can feel his frustrations..... what can i say? "ganun po ang procedure"..... hayyy
Try getting in touch with HARI. How about other dealers? Isumbong mo sa HARI yung dealer na yan...
e share ko lang po ulit after the incident... my hubby bought a new jazz para may magamit ako, kasi nasa kanya na ulit yung 1rst car namin...nabanngga ako ng taxi sa likod while naka park.. malas diba? pero FYI 2 weeks lang nandito na yung bumper na inorder from japan... ano po ba ang problema? malayo ang korea... mahirap intindihin ang language nila or hindi lang talaga ginagawa ng maayos ang trabaho.... im confused.... i Commend HONDA services Quezon Avenue.
Well my opinion is they are not doing their job very well... Also given Honda's more centralized approach to dealership operations I expect them to be more efficient than Hyundai's distributorship model.

Pareho din pala ang nangyari sa SF natin. 2 months pa lang ay na-rear ako ng isang Crosswind sa SLEX. Yung bumper ng SF ko ay 1 month bago dumating.Syempre nagalit din ako sa Hyundai Alabang dahil nainip din ako, pero ang may problema pala ay yung Insurance(PhilAm).Delay yung kanilang pag-release ng Letter to proceed with the repair ng unit ko. umabot kasi ng 35K ang damageSana maayos na ang SF nyo ma'am Baygon para ma-enjoy nyo naman ang Santa Fe nyo.

You cannot blame Hyundai/HARI for the crappy service that their dealers are providing. Mahirap talagang kausap ang mga dealers. The one thing I like about HARI is that when you bring the problem to their attention they take care of it. With the other car brands you can go directly to the manufacturer but they still won't take action.
I love my SF and I have the piece of mind that if something is wrong with it I can go directly to HARI and it will be taken care of.
Nabasa ko 3 pages back that some of you guys complain that even using Fully Synthetic Oil, Casa has to replace the oil every 5k kms, tama ba?
Ako, I used Motul Fully Synthetic on my 10k km PMS and last month, I just had my 15k km PMS. Ndi naman nila pinalitan ung oil. Dinagdagan lang (Top Up). Pinalitan ung Oil Filter and it cost me 2700 lang for that 15k km PMS.
Ang palit ng Oil is on the 20k km PMS na uli.
Ok ako sa Fully Synthetic kasi mabilis umakyat RPM ng SF ko (napansin ko talaga to). Though ung sinasabi ng iba na mas-tahimik ang engine parang di ko nararamdaman.

Hello. Good day to all. I've got the same problem with my SF. Hyundai CDO fixed it by removing that rubber part and stretched it out, then, placed it back. It solved the problem. Hope this can be of help though a little bit late. Been reading this thread and it,indeed, is very informative and helpful to new owners.
BTW, i got my vanilla white SF from hyundai CDO last august and this is my first car in my entire life.![]()
I agree to this Sir Tidus, ako nga nakapark lang sa labas sa Bangkal, Makati kaya every time na nagaalarm kotse ko nagigising ako to look lung anong nangyayari na sa SF ko, natatangal ba sidemirror ng SFpag itrynakawin? Marami kasi dun sa amin na nagtatangal ng side mirror para ibenta sa evangelista. Can anybody comment on this. Sir C190? Mam LR?
I think pwedeng nakawin ang side mirror ng SF. Sir, I would suggets if you have a garage please park it in kung wala naman just fold your side mirrors...
