That's good then, as usual thanks for the quick reply. Pumunta ako sa Hyundai Quezon Ave. since yung pinakamalapit samin ito na yung binigay na deal samin. Oroginal price of P1,538,000 less P20,000 so P1,518,000. Free 1 year insurance, free 3 years LTO, free floor mats, and the usual freebies and a P5000 gas card. Kaso I couldn't pursuade them to have a 1 year INTEREST FREE hulugan like dun sa Ford. Anyway, I will try sa E. Rod branch if I can get any better deals, then my dad knows someone from the EDSA branch maybe he too can get a better deal than the one I got from Quezon Ave.

A question regarding the footbrake? How does it exactly work? Its quite unorthodoxed, I haven't driven in a car with that kind of brake kasi dati mga cars namin mostly handbrakes (near the shifter) or yung umbrella-type sa Landcruiser where you pull it to initiate the handbrake. Ang takot ko sa footbreak is what if biglang accidentaly naapakan while you are driving fast? Disaster yun! Kasi its position is kinda akward kinda like where the clutch pedal is on a manual tranny...

you wont have an accident, bec. technically when you're driving the Santa Fe, you're only using 1 foot. the right foot only to be specific.

Yeah but diba you use the left foot to initiate the "handbrake" since its in the far left side? While the right foot takes care of the gas and brake pedal.

yes, but when driving, i doubt if you'll use it unless you're in a very steep incline. usually, N + stepping on breaks will do

All right I guess it was just a random thought from someone buying a vechicle.

FYI lang. The side turn lamps on the side mirror is NOT STANDARD. Yep, its not standard but an optional add-on for an additional P20,000. If its worth it, its your call. Ako baka hindi na...

Sir Tidus, I just spoke with my friend from Hyundai E. Rod and she told me that there is no such thing as an additional 20K for the side Turn lamps! The price is still pegged at 1.538M only! Who told you of the additional 20k? Bad yun! (hehehehe)

Hay naku sir better nga po to give my friend na lang a call para di po kayo nag-aalinlangan.

Nope sa E. Rodriguez po (WHeels Inc.). We are still negotiating with them, nakausap na namin si Ms. Marlyn, she is still consulting with the even higher ups kung kaya bigger cash discount from the current P20K kasi yun ang hinihingi namin maskin P30K lang ok na. Pero we got her to agree in giving us free 1 year insurance (yun importante kasi ang mahal mga P39K).

I think we have found our deal na. We will get it from Hyundai Quezon Avenue. The deal is less P30K cash discount (Wheels Inc. could only go to P20K) so from original price of P1,538,000 it now becomes P1,508,000. Free 1 year insurance, free undercoating, free floor mats, free rain guard, but no free 3 years LTO registration (but that is only P9500 so no problems there). Bukas na bukas mag downpayment na ako ng P100,000; pero sa December 1st week pa makukuha yung unit since gusto ko yung Passion Red (kulay talong) wala atang stock at the moment. Wheels Inc. (E. Rodriguez) couldn't match Quezon Ave.'s deal so ayun we are going to get ours from Quezon Ave.

Thanks to everyone especially Ma'am Ladyrider for giving me the leads.

Ung akin sa Quezon Avenue ko din nakuha.
Sa kanila din ako kumuha ng 2nd year insurance ni Santa Fe and mura ung insurance compared to others.

for PMS, medyo mura din sa kanila compared to Global. Kaso sa Global naman kasi maganda ang facility. So, there is the premium. May crush pa ako don sa isang office staff sa global. he he he. Anglakas ng dating.

I drive a Sienna with a foot brake and there's no way you can reach the foot brake unless you lift your heels a foot high.

So if your sta fe is a stickshift, there's no way of accidentally stepping on it if you use the clutch pedal.

Nope its cash transaction po. Financing is so not worth it. Its around 22%/annum super lugi talaga. Payag lang ako sa financing kapag NO INTEREST pero kung may interest I just pay cash. I was trying to get a 1 year NO INTEREST (or maskin 6 months ok lang) deal, but its a BIG NO from Hyundai and you get that sense na talagang they won't budge as far as that is concerned. Ford was the only car company I know who was aggressive enough to give a 1 year NO INTEREST deal.
