Can somebody oblige me? Thanks a lot in advance.

    Hi praetorian.

    Peace be with you!

I have sat inside the 3rd row seat. I am 5'7 tall. Both seats at the back are good 50:50 comfy to seat. However, my head can reached the corner of the upper back already. Also good in the Santa Fe is that the aircon vents on the 3rd row are split. One left and one right. So the air is distributed evenly. A really really really GOOD SUV! Specially the Gasoline one.

The Dmax engine makes 130Hp. It is not CRDi yet.

whoa! sta fe is like the evo pala(2li 300+ hp) small displacement but monstrous output.

Thank you, sir. Your comment was very helpful. Just curious about the third row seat space since I remember sitting in the third row of a fortuner and my head nearly touched the roof of that car. I tried it in our Innova and had to recline the seatback just to prevent my head scraping the roof again. I'm 5'11 btw. I'm thinking about the CRDi version of the santa fe para mas tipid, though I would prefer it to come in 4x4. I'll probably just wait it out till next year.

    Thanks again.

    Hi praetorian.

    PBWY!

I asked and was informed that they are not to import Diesel 4x4s. This is because it will its own gasoline 4 x 4. But maybe by public demand, they night be forced to bring it in as well. Love the cooler in the middle console underneath the front center armrest. Also the dual climate control of the gas variant. And the most lovely of all is when on the road, people will really look twice and think if it is a Santa Fe or a Touareg!

pansin ko lang pag dumadaan ako dyan sa harap ng metrowalk starbucks, where big suv's like the legacy group park. kandarapa tumayo yun mga guards to remove the reserve parking sign and sumisenyas sakin. eh galing na ko sa likod parking after eating sa Yoohoo bbq. pauwi na ko nun. hindi naman ako mag-park.

kakatuwa pala talaga pag hindi pa common car mo tapos sporty looking.
malay ba nila na Hyundai lang yun

    PBWY!

Yup! Thats soooo true. Iba talaga feeling. Feels so presidentiable!

Hyundai reeeeaaaallllly made it good talaga this time! Ganda ng tindig ng Santa Fe this time. And again additional, love those 3 head nozzles with 3 sprayer each windshield washer (if I recall correctly and if am not mistaken). Tama ba aku?

    Hi rdecruze,

    PBWY!

Yes! I agree also! Very comfy. This is a global platform car so in order to pass the standards of Europe and US, they really need to raise the level.

Even so cool in this car is its 2nd row B pilar aircon vents, which is like the one in Volvo cars. Very European design. Indeed award winning.

Try kong sumadya sa dealer this weekend, isabay ko narin yung Sorento. Sayang, redundant na kasi para samin, pero malay natin. Hehe.

nakakaaliw chineck ko yung Hyundai USA web site and tried side by side comparison of the Sta. Fe to the new Rav4...

halos kaparehas ang presyo ng US sa Pinas - 26,000 USD. Sa same price na yun ang V6 na Rav4... which means harang talaga tong Toyota kasi dapat 1.5m lang ang new Rav4 at dapat V6 na!

Kaya NO to Toyota YES to Hyundai!

PS... also read in C&D website that Gen 3 CRV e 5-seater lang daw!

ouch! use natural leather protection na lang from megs or mothers. may leather conditioner or moisturisers or something to enrich the leather seats.

    oldblue,
Pwede mo na alisin yung supot ng 3rd row seatbelt buckles. Wala na tayo sa barko. hehehe.

Baka dahil sa supot, mahiya pa passengers mo magsuot ng seatbelt. And the buckle will not 'age' at the same rate as the rest of the vehicle. Baka mag-mukhang wierd sa future.
