I received already the JVC that I ordered in the States and I am really tempted to do DIY kasi dun sa mga pinagtanungan kung mga installer di pa raw sila nakapag-install SF (including winterpines Araneta). Syempre reference guide ko is the hmaservice website.

My SA told me voided lang dun sa mga parts na pinalitan and not the whole car.

Sir, yes it got tuner, AM/FM.

Bluetooth: I'm using a Palm Treo and it works well. Lagi kong gamit. Also tried other handsets i.e Motorola V3X and 2 models of Nokia N series (dont know exact model) and no problems with it.

Like to join you guys on this thread. just got sup red SF 10 days ago. got convinced to go for a SF rather than the Fortuner after reading this thread. SF is really a great ride, (smooth and fast),a head-turner. here in NE marami na ring may SF, mostly MDs.

Multisystem. You might need to invest a good antenna system. I bought, although powered type, a cheap one kaya medyo mahina reception compared to the one i have before sa starex. diversity-type antenna. kahit tumatakbo less ang interference. :tvcomedy:

it should be a diversity type..maraming klase yun. maghahanap pa lang din ako. cguro kailangan mamasyal sa banaue one-time. layo ko kasi. baka mas malapit ka bro? I prefer yung pwede i-conceal or spread along windshield or windows. baduy ng outdoor type pero actually yun ang maganda reception. :type:

Got my unit this afternoon.........

Wala talaga alarm unit ko,setting lang siguro,di pa alam sa casa ko kung paano,tatawagan na lang ako
Kasi yung katabing silver SF na ire-release din ay meron namang alarm nung tinest namin

Went home to Laguna from Metro Manila from 5:30-7:30pm,encountered heavy traffic in SLEX...ride is smooth like a gasoline sedan, engine sound is minimal compared to my previous diesel fed Fieldmaster and Hi Ace...

Finally, na test ko na rin alarm ko at meron nga. For those who have not yet checked if their alarm is activated, after locking the doors with the remote, wait for 30 seconds or until the red LED starts to blink before opening with the keys or from inside.

if you haven't ridden or test drove a SF then you will have negative things to say because most probably you would have heard all the bad things people are saying about Hyundai... after you have ridden or test drove the SF you will definitely have a different perception of this great ride... from the moment you enter the cabin you can hardly believe that you are sitting inside a Hydundai...

I believe that this forum and also the number of extremely satisfied SF owners has helped others realize that the SF is really value for money...
