Sa 60k kms in 21 months na gamit ko (equivalent to 3 years usage), may ilan potholes na rin ang natamaan ko, hit humps going 30 km/hr accidentally 3x & travel over uneven roads in Batangas weekly. I always check for uneven tire wear at binibitiwan ko yung manibela at 100 kms/hr just to see kung OK pa yung alignment. The car is still feels solid & still goes over small potholes with a thud.
My previous 7 Japanese cars all had suspension issues & I had difficulty bringing back alignment to 0. I think bumaluktot na yung chassis nya or may permanent damage or kung kailangan palitan na lahat ng front suspension. Durability wise, still OK.
Looks like Hyundai salesman forum dito. Bawal ang reklamo or bad experiences ba?
We own the car itself & we post good & bad experiences about OUR car, not about others cars.
Parang wala ngang update yung kaniya eh. If I had a car that blew up when it should have been perfectly fine, I'd move heaven and earth to make the company pay.
Note: Di ako Hyundai salesperson, nasunog nga ako sa 3+2 warranty ng Hyundai just this 2014 :D
The car we own itself is decent. The service sucks and leaves a lot to be desired, especially dito sa metro manila dealers nila (and this is a gross understatement).
Bakit ba madaming galit sa Hyundai? Hindi sa KIA or Daihatsu or Daewoo kundi sa Hyundai. Yung isa nga dyan ginawang example ng rant nya sa Hyundai ay yung Besta van nya na made by KIA nung 1990's before ma acquire ang KIA ng Hyundai. I think they cannot accept the fact that Hyundai cars are slowly gaining acceptance from Pinoys.
Okay, i'll check him out. Oh yeah, i already ordered a set of window visors from that Accent FB page...mas mura talaga. 2-years na hindi pa nag fade.
Tama, strut bar would greatly help our HB's in terms of handling....especially sa mga kurbada. When Hyundai Casa replaced my rear shocks (yes they did....admittedly, malambot daw talaga yung sa 2013 models) with that of the 2014, nag-improve talaga yung handling.
That's why I have all praises for this "Kimchi" car, not because it is w/out defects, but bec the after sales service more than make up for the weaknesses of the car. What really gave me a good impression of the brand is because the Service People never gave me any problems regarding warranty claims.
For as long as the claim is legitimate, and after checking my service records, they right away tell me that they will make a report for a replacement of the part.
GALENG!
...and more than anything else...this sub-compact is really "QUICK & FUN" to drive.
(Btw, this is my first "Kimchi" and sub-compact hatchback car...and NO REGRETS, so far, fingers-crossed)![]()
In fairness, after the SA of the Casa test drove the car, he right away asked one of the mechanics to take out and check the condition of the rear shocks. Ayun, they made a report and in less than a month, I received a call to come to the casa... both shocks were replaced with that of the 2014 model.

Di ko pa naman ipapakabit ngayon. For the future when out of warranty na. Yung SA nung tinanong
