nag-"highway" na ako finally kanina. in quotes yung highway kasi sa SLEX ako dumaan and napaka-traffic. bumper to bumper from sta. rosa exit til silangan exit. hassle talaga. anyway, i went to a client in laguna today. it's right before alaminos and san pablo, laguna. i averaged 17km/L. it would've been much, much higher if not for the heavy traffic at SLEX this morning.

nag-start na rin ako sa optiguard paint protection kanina sa big bert's. hassle lang kasi pag-alis ko, sakto ang buhos ng ulan.

balak ko magpalagay ng fiamm or stebel na horn, pero keep ko pa rin yung stock. maglalagay lang ako ng switch. ang mavo-void lang naman yung part na papalitan or kakabitan diba? hindi yung warranty ng car as a whole. tama ba?

guys, pagdating sa tint, okay lang kaya na heavy black yung tint sa likod including the small windows sa side sa may likod tapos medium black sa side ko and windshield. para sana hindi nakikita yung laman ng trunk.

ganda ng tint mo bro! my wife is pressuring me to get the car tinted na kasi ang init talaga ng araw minsan. sabi ko, hintay pa muna tayo, konti pa lang jazz sa daan eh. hahahaha.

sa tingin mo ba bagay yung ganitong tint. same sa tint mo, pero yung likod and small windows sa gilid ng trunk is heavy black? solargard din ang ipapalagay ko.

imho ok na brand yung solargard,3m & vkool. mas tumatagal w/ 5 yrs warranty pa. mas mahal ng konti compared sa ibang brand kaso sulit naman.

yung magic tint sa windshield ok yung effect pag maaaraw parang may salamin sa labas ng car kaso sa loob naman nagrereflect yung dashboard mo sa windshield. kaya balak ko sa windshield its either medium black or neutral.

nag inquire ako sa solargard sa santolan old jazz 5.1k baka sa bago 5.5k la pa daw kasi sila naiinstall tinanong pa ako kung mas malaki windshield ko kaysa sa old jazz. sa LA Cars may promo sila around 4.2k baka dun ako magpakabit.

petro e10 gamit ko next time try ko shell unleaded e10 para macompare which is better FC.

sir nakapagpatint ka na sa LAcars? yan ba ung sa may osmena near yakal? ok kaya magpatint dun? kasi nkapagcanvass na rin ako dun... solargard P4300 5 yrs warranty(discounted na daw yan)... pero kita ko sa site nila may promo na P4200 lang...haha! so sana maibaba pa ng 4k... may nabasa po kasi ako na may negative feedbacks daw about LAcars... im not sure din

regarding the tint... ganun din sana balak ko.. medium black sa sides, neutral sa windshield, then super black sa trunk... pero after seeing sir chadmack's posts, feeling ko pwede na yung medium black... mukang ndi na rin kita from the outside.. other suggestions guys?

tama ka bro... bagay yung black ayaw ko nang magMagic.. may reflections nga daw pag nasa loob ka...

question, medium black ka sa sides diba? totally no visibility ba from the outside? ndi kita yung sa loob? kasi eto yung basis ko kung ipapa super black ko pa ba yung window sa trunk (para ndi makita yung mga laman sa likod)

yung neutral black sa windshield mo, yun ba ung next step lighter than medium black? ayos ah.. mukang ndi rin kita yung driver...

overall, ok naman po ba ang night/rainy driving?

last question... about the Philips Xtreme, ndi na nya kelangan ng relay and wirings? that's super white ba? how much and wer po kau nakabili? thanks!!!

gusto ko nga din palitan yung horn ndi ko type yung busina, natanong ko na yan sa SA mavovoid warranty pag pinalitan. ndi mavovoid waranty pag ndi nila makikita na may pinalitan ka, yung headlight madali lng ibalik yung stock bulbs nyan.

Hey, thanks for sharing how your tint looks, and I'll give you an AAA+++ for the ingenious way of showing the difference!

I may have missed your post, but did you use 3M? I had planned on the Panther Black (5%) but your tint looks good too. I've been driving for the past ten years with Magic neutral, is the Black neutral darker? Or is the neutral designation the same for all types, meaning 50% light transmission?

second choice ko yang black sir.. hehe.. balita ko nga maangas din ang crystal pearl black.. kaso ang balita ko dun sa friend kong SE, wala pang dating na units... this october cguro meron na yan.. naku sir.. dapat magpareserve na kau asap... kasi ang alam kong mahabang pila eh sa white at sa black.. about sa tint.. concern ko rin un.. pero andami kong nakikitang nakasuper black sa kalye.. tingin ko ndi naman strict...

Yung gamit kong tint is Solargard, medium black(20%) sa sides and back tapos neutral black(35%) sa harap.

i was surprised sa medium black, kasi all the while i thought medyo visible ka sa labas pero pag tinamaan na ng araw kasi, mas dumidilim sya. me certain angles(very very minimal) na naaaninag yung outline ng tao pero nde rin kita eh. lalo na sa gabi, madilim na rin sya and yet you can still see the outside fairly naman.

as for the tint sa harap, nde ka gaano kita. lalo na rin kapag tinamaan na sya ng ilaw. pero i have come to a checkpoint one night and kapag binukas mo naman yung ilaw mo sa loob, kita ka na sa windshield... wala na problem :D

night/rain driving is very ok, since i installed philips xtreme na nga agad. eto yung kulang ko pa na pix, ill post some probably this Friday.

oh yes, for the philips xtreme, wala na relay na kailangan, stock wattage naman sya 55/60 so its just replacing your stock headlights with a better one. nde sya white white ha? if you are looking for a white light, i think osram nightbreaker is your take, it has whiter light, but philips simply has more light(do i make sense? hehehe basta luminosity eh mas maliwanag ang philips). yung ilaw ng philips is like the stock(medyo yellowish) but definitely more intense.

sir about the checkpoint.. ano po yung pinatigil kayo? because of the dark tint? may cases po ba na gnun? na pinapahinto dahil masyado dark ang tint?
