Driver/rider who despite being far away the intersection, flashes and honks at you to let them pass even though you're halfway crossed already.

Encountered such a douche while crossing Rizal Avenue last night.

Looked carefully before crossing, approaching vehicle from outer lane already slowing down as I drove slowly, then heard what sounded like very faint honking from afar.

Didn't know what it is, didn't see anything approaching from the other lane...

...except at the last second wherein this speeding undercrap rider tandem came towards the front nose of the car. Slammed on the brakes as they maneuvered and turned right towards the street I was crossing into (supposedly to avoid crashing? I dunno. Experienced riders, comment please on this).

Anyway, just found it kinda pathetic that he had the gall to stare daggers at me as I drove off. *shrugs*

Dami na din ganyan ngayon. Filipinos, even the educated ones, are becoming more and more inconsiderate, especially the younger generations.

^I personally tell our driver and even my mom about this.

The simple rule I follow is that people behind me also want to get to where they are going sooner and I shouldn't impede them.

I hate those people who take the fast lane and drive slow. Along EDSA one would notice how these pricks are the ones that actually cause traffic.

And in Q. Ave, grabe yung mga swervers going into and from the U-turn slots. They'll come out of a corner or a U-turn and sweep across 4 lanes without a turning signal nor regard for oncoming traffic.

Kapag as in dun ka na talaga dumadaan. Solid white lane pa yung nasa center ng road.

Ok pa sana if sa gilid pero much better if wag na silang pasikot-sikot. No offense to MC riders here.

As I was crossing the 2-lane road just outside our gate, a jeep gave way so tawid na ko, pero may biglang sumulpot na motor na umovertake sa jeep so muntik na kong mahagip. I didn't see him coming dahil nga sa jeep patawid na ko. Take note, pedestrian lane ako tumawid ha.

Depends on the situation. I usually do this to PUVs blocking the road while waiting for passengers.

i do agree on you kasi ako madalas ako gumamit ng busina eh.

I drive fast (not reckless) because ayokong ma-delay yung nasa likod ko (and I know the feeling ng may isang napakabagal magmaneho tapos magyayabang dito sa tsikot na ang ganda ng FC ng kotse niya WTF hehe).

and about Q.Ave, alam niyo sir muntikan pa ako madisgrasya diyan.

    1. slow moving vehicles while it can move faster if traffic permits (I just hate these drivers, mahiya naman kayo sa likod niyo)

    2. drivers who don't keep the intersections open. alam na ngang traffic din sa lane nila ayaw pang padaanin muna yung pwedeng makadaan.

    3. you are turning right with signal lights on, pero yung motorsiklo sumingit pa sa kanan mo learning later on didiretso pala siya WTF!

    4. drivers almost kissing your rear bumper during stops.

    1. Drivers who don't follow the lanes when turning. They think they're in a race or something hugging the curves.

    2. The way all jeepney, tricycle and bus drivers drive

    3. Motorcycles who cut in front of you then slow down

Tapos, kapag nag-attempt kang mag-overtake, bibilisan bigla at makikipagkarera pa sa iyo!...

    2. drivers who don't keep the intersections open. alam na ngang traffic din sa lane nila ayaw pang padaanin muna yung pwedeng makadaan.
Ito ang simula ng major traffic sa isang intersection,- dahil go na ang ibang lanes,- nakahambalang pa rin ang mga ito sa gitna...The next thing you know, wala nang susunod sa traffic light.... :twak:

    3. you are turning right with signal lights on, pero yung motorsiklo sumingit pa sa kanan mo learning later on didiretso pala siya WTF!

    4. drivers almost kissing your rear bumper during stops.

    Eh eto?

Location: A. Bonifacio Ave., Q.C. Around 7:30 in the evening.
