May 12th, 2009 11:47 AM #31Sir Niky and to all,
Sorry a bit OT, but in this case where would you go?
Gas car: More expensive fuel. Usually higher FC compared to diesel. But cheaper to maintain
Diesel car: Cheaper fuel (sometimes by P10/L). Usually better FC compared to gasoline engine. But more expensive to maintain.
Thanks much for your valuable opinions.
Although historical trends indicates that in this country diesel fuel is cheaper than gas.
Kulay itim at malapot.
Think about the planet :p

Mga bagong diesel mas green pa kaysa gas engines... And yes there was a time I think that diesel prices were higher than gas prices although sandali lang maybe for a week or two last year during the run up in oil prices. E10 back then was already cheaper than diesel.
As for the smoke belching Fortuner and Innova, bulok lang talaga D-4D ng Toyota. Daming ng complaints regarding that...Last edited by tidus1203; May 12th, 2009 at 05:41 PM.

Only the TDCi Sport has the 6-speed dual-clutch Powershift.
The 2.0 Sport uses a 4-speed A/T with +,- mode.
Ford is developing a dual-clutch Powershift gearbo for future gasoline/petrol models.
The Lincoln C concept (based on the Focus) is powered by a 180hp 1.6 liter EcoBoost engine, it uses the new dual-clutch Powershift gearbox for gasoline engines.

Maybe later when things are better..
Wala nmn bayad ang mangarap.
