Ranchos, when I got them for the Crosswind, cost 8k per piece for the Rancho 9000 adjustables... should be around the same price for the Eve. Good shocks. 9-way adjustment means you can dial the ride in to a "T"

Is there a way to remove the spare tire and the rack from the back?
    A conversion kit perhaps?
That's the only design element i don't like about the everest.

Yeah, but it's what most off-roaders like (easy to remove and attach even in different offroad conditions)

But if you insist, the tire support mount can be removed by just unscrewing the bolt. Problem is, the rear door design will lose its balance, unless, you re-position everything. You also have to consider the indentation on the bumper. Also, think about where you're going to place the spare tire.

    Just my 2 cents.....

guys, i bought a ford everest 2007 a/t and will be released on sat april 12 08. sobra excited nko.. i've read the thread sa fortuner, grabe nkakainis magbasa dun sa totoo lang. wla man lang tungkol sa mismong unit ng fortuner ang pagusapan, puro dealers, mga vacations na gamit nila fortuner nila, accessories etc. di katulad nito puro specs, pros and cons ang pinaguusapan. i test drove this everest 2007, and masasabi ko tlgang mlakas ang makina with the duraTORQ! same with alterra wala akong nbasang maco2nvince kang bumili.
