The issue of after sales service will always hunt all Everest owners and probably all Ford vehicles due to lack of sensitivity of FORD DEALERS.
I noticed it compared to other dealers such as Hyundai. In Hyundai, it is the priority of executives to make the car owners feel proud of their vehicle because of overwhelming customer support.
In the end, you will have to compromise: aesthetics, performance, economy, after sales service, resale value.
I suggest you rank which is most important to least priority
