Ford everest trend owner here. Wife insisted on installing dark tint for privacy, specially if shes the one driving. The problem is its too dark specially during night driving. Changing the tint is not an option (because wife said so), so i’m planning to just change the headlight. Any suggestions on LED headlight replacement? And will it void the warranty? My eve is only 2 months old. Thanks guys

don't drive at night. or open window and poke your head out. changing to higher output hl only gives a partial solution when the solution is very obvious which is to change to a less dark tint. subok na yan na pag naglagay ka ng dark tint sa windshield wala ka makikita. the most that practical people will have is a medium dark tint on the windshield and dark tint on the driver and passenger side windows to be able to see the side mirrors. go dark on the windshield and super dark on everything else and you get more problems than benefits. you just can't have it both ways.

Do not compromise safety over privacy. Kung di kaya ng mata wag pilitin ang dark tints. My suggestion is change your windshield tint to k28 or k37. A little reflective from the outside may give a bit privacy and dark tints on the sides may also maintain your privacy.

I notice a lot of people liking vkool before. I have Huper Optik. For HO, CS30 sa windshield and CS05 all over combo is best for privacy with fair visibility at night. There are alternatives now that are cheaper and works as well.

My sister has a cx5 which already uses HID as stock headlights. She had dark 3m tints installed sa front kasi nga security daw. Even with these powerful headlights she had a hard time driving pero pinandigan nya kasi nanghiyang sa additinal cost. Ayaw makinig sa akin....

Tapos she experienced driving in a strong rain at night sa edsa. Considering well lighted na ang edsa and with her stock HIDs wala syang makita. She had to travlel from MAkati to QC at less than 30kph dahil wala nga makita.

The following day, she replaced her tints sa front. Wag naman sana umabot sa ganun yung mangyari sa iyo.

btw i am using vkool x30 sa front ng altis ko. Pero i had to upgrade to osram night breakers para mas ok.

If you want reflective tint from 3M use BC20 and that is magic tint medium.kung vkool naman yung reflective nila ay yung Kseries. K28 for windshield and K14 wraparound if you like. Privacy and safety medyo ok yang Kseries. For additional liwanag sa daan replace your headlight bulb to osram night breaker unlimited or philips crystal vision ultra [emoji4]

Be a responsible driver. Mahihirapan kayo lalo na sa long drive. Tapos may tatawid tawid pang mga tao sa mga provincial roads

I'm getting a new Everest. I actually bought a Trend last September but my driver totalled it mid-October. Long story short, move on na. Bili na lang ng bago.

I loved the silver trend. Great value for money. However, I don't want to get another one of the same color since it reminds me of the old one. Thing is, I'm no bif gan of the other Trend colors like black and white.

So I'm thinking Titanium 4x2 na lang. Red or blue. The dealer is offering me the Trend with a 110k discount while they'll give me an 80k discount for Titanium.

Question: is the added cost worth it for the Titanium? The two varianbts seem pretty similar but maybe Titanium owners can give me some good reasons to go for that version. Thanks!

1. Assign wifey to do the night driving.
2. When wifey is not available, use night vision goggles.
3. Buy another Everest Trend for you.
4. If budget does not permit, avail of uber service.
5. Change tint and drive for wifey to keep her safe and happy all the time.
A happy wife is a happy life!

No, my current tint is a dark 3m tint from casa. Plan to change the windshield tint only.

Miss Pam quoted me wraparound plus ws ng Kseries 6800.
Yung xseries ws plus oem wraparound 12500 kasama bakbak ng old tint.
Sinusulit ko muna bc20 ko wraparound saka ako magpapalit.hehehe
