bought it even though i have a feeling that the all-new escape (except for the engine that is) is nearing its Philippine debut.

Heard that they displayed the new Escape in the Philippine International Motor Show, I didn't have the chance or the time to see it. Anyone who can post pictures or the specs of the Philippine version?

Still the same interior and engine?! Its becoming too old already, now if only Ford will replace the Duratec 23 with the 25 or at least tune up the 23 for more horses... The design is ok but its losing some of its tough looks already.

guys! i also have 08 escape since may pa po. so far so good, abt sa performance masaya ako, sa gas oks sya tama lng hindi naman sya mala taong sumisipsip ng coke! then maluwag sa loob. so far di naman ako napapahiya wat i mean is hindi pa ako nasisiraan cguro dahil bago pa...

about sa engine nya try nyo test drive punuin mo then itakbo mo sa express way....

overall... oks na oks sya.

Hi guys, what can you say about 2004 models escape? What would be better between the 2.0 L and V6 3.0? I am considering to buy one. Thanks in advance.

If you don't care about the price of gas... the V6 has pretty good performance. Otherwise, try looking for a later model 2.3... the 2.0 has very little power, so you might as well get the 2.3, which has similar consumption and more pep.

Used to drive 2003 Escape 2L before, consume about 6-7km/l city driving, now 2006 Escape V6 at 29,500Tkm consume about 4.5-5km/l city driving, no problem so far,and both have a very comfortable ride

May defective computer box ba Escape before? wala yata, ang alam kong recall ay yun clutch dati ng Escape, kaya siguro wala nang manual transmission ngayon ang Escape

eto siguro yung dati na we know 2 people who had escapes. then both nagkaproblema sila sa ecu. biglaan lang hindi na gumana yung mga gauges. thats why we were hesitating to get the new escape.

i have the new escape, and i've been driving it na for two weeks already. by my computation mga 8.5 to 9.5 km/liter yung consumption. ganda naman engine response kahit AT sya.

Hand break handle ng escape, design sa right hand drive malayo sa driver side, mas priority nila yun pang thailand unit kahit assemble sa Pilipinas, para bang okey na yan para sa Filipino..

mga sirs, magtatanong lang po... any idea if '04xlt escape eh pwede lagyan ng headers and short ram intake na k&n? nag check ako with speedlab and sbe nila yung headers ng pang focus na zetec2.0 eh kasya sa escape pero short ram lang ang pewde install... feedbacks pls kung meron kayong kilala na nag modz ng ganito sa ride nila

eto yung akin, nov 2008 ko nakua.. ok naman ang performance nya po.. average po ako ngayon ng mga 6 - 7.5km/ltr... less than 2,000 palang po ang odo ko.. sabi sa casa pag 5,000km up na ang tinatakbo kakayanin gang 8-9.5km/ltr...



sa mga escapo boys po ito sa kanila.....
