Sir, You have the freedom to have your PMS o any ford dealership. it wont be a problem kung kumuha ka sa manila then paservice mo sa laus group. you wont have a problem with that. hindi tied ang PMS nyo sa dealership na kinuhanan niyo. sa Mirage ng sister ko dahil hindi tumatanggap ng top-up fully synthetic for mirage ang Carworld every 10k sa carworld ako nagpapa PMS. tapos sa diamond greenhills ako 15k, 25k PMS para top-up lang. bottomline is you can have your car serviced at any dealership without issues on warranty. mas masaya ako actually sa diamond kaso may coupon rewards ako kasi may laus card ako.

Reserved a Ranger way back before it was launched. within 6 months they wont give me a unit. maybe since i'm paying in cash. i did followed up from time to time but i'm aware na dadating ang Wildtrak. so i opted nalang to reserve and wait for the wildtrak. we talked to the supervisor. wala daw ako sa list ng reservation for the XLT. reason? since they moved on a new building. my dad lost his temper. since he was a loyal LAUS Group customer, way before when LAUS has only Mitsubishi Carworld as dealership. all our trucks for our business and some personal vehicles, and to date all the insurances of almost all our vehicles are from laus group (CGIC). he gave Ford Pampanga a second chance. Months later, Wildtrak was available to the public. supervisor called us immediately. unit was ready for release for us he said. when we talked about terms, guess what? for Bank PO/Cash Transactions, you are required to have an Huper Optik Tint installed on the Wildtrak worth 20k, In-house Insurance, and 5% DI just to get it released. mabait man yung supervisor wala siya magagawa daw kasi yun yung instruction sa taas. he even said that one XLT A/T customer even paid a whopping 16% DI just to get a unit

. we kept our cool then just walked away. the next day, I am so disappointed i am about to withraw my 10k reservation from them. but i acted as a random customer when I entered the dealership. I inquired about the XLT A/T. an agent told me "best deal po yun sir mahirap kumuha. All-in po ba?" i said yes. then she told me they have one white and one black XLT A/T available for release immediately. frustrating? I am 12th on a 28 list of reservations for the XLT A/T on the updated list the supervisor showed me. then there are two XLT A/T just sitting on their floor waiting for the best deal. an agent can immediately release one to a walk-in customer..
