    UK reviews post a decent 18-20 km/l for the 1.5 AT. Open hiway siguro ito. City drive really depends on engine and driving style. A 10 km/l city drive would be enough.

    In UK and US the EcoSport is said to rival the Nissan Juke & Renault Captur. Hey Nissan PHL, wake up and bring in the Juke!

    Maka 9-10 km/l city driving nga lang pwede na talaga panlaban sa mga compact sedans given the ground clearance and flood fording capability. Kaso mukang malabo talaga kung yung fiesta eh 7-8 km/l lang din pala. Sana talaga inuna na nilang nilabas yung diesel variant.

    You mean, UK/Europe, because the Ford EcoSport and Renault Capture are not sold in the US.

    *Being a "One Ford" vehicle, Ford can make a US-version of the Ranger and EcoSport when they feel there's enough demand for those vehicles in their respective segments.

    The Indian Nissan Terrano is a rebadged Indian Renault Duster, which is a rebadged Dacia Duster (Dacia is Renault's Romanian subsidiary).

    Mga 10-12 kmpl daw sabi ng Sales rep sa BHS kahapon. Kung mabigat paa mo, mga 8 lang din yan, pareho ng sa Getz 1.4at ko.

    Kaya ang selling point nya talaga ay ang mataas na ride height, 550mm water wading capability saka yung bagong porma. Well, updated siguro dahil parang kasing porma nya yung mga unang generation ng Rav4 at Sportage nung early 90's. Parang pinatabang Jimny.

    The transmission feels more like a CVT than a conventional AT to me. Light touch lang nasa 3k rpm na agad. I like the exhaust note though. Steering wheel is light and sarap ihataw sa humps ng High Street di man lang naumpog si sales rep sa back seat. Would've liked to drive it along the Kalayaan flyover to try it around the high-speed curves pero baka batukan na ako ni chaperone

    kamusta noise sa loob? claim kasi nila tahimik daw in it's class. and pag sa potholes?

    I can hear the exhaust at 3k+ rpm pero aside from that tahimik sya. No potholes around High Street kaya hinataw ko na lang sa humps

    hahaha. sarap sana i-test yan yung from SLEX yung paahon going to market market. ang sama ng kalsada doon e.

    Solb na sana ako sa "strip of death" sa Kalayaan flyover coming from Paseo

    Or yung Sierra Madre humps sa likod ng Aura.

    Wala eh masyado sila conservative sa route.

    ATC pala sila next weekend.

    naku mas lalong wala ata masyadong lubak doon. sa sm marikina ata may leg sila. ihataw na dapat yan sa may marcos highway at idaan sa lubak.

    Kamusta naman elbow and legroom for the front occupants? Base sa mga pics lang kasi, medyo dikit na tuhod sa center console.

    A whole lot better than my 2.5gen Vios that's for sure. Medyo malayo ang center console from my tuhod. My wife was able to stretch her legs way forward. Sakto lang ang door armrests. Pero ang best feature para sakin ay ang right-side armrest for the driver (TOTL variant lang ata).

    The rear seat backs are reclined too. I'm not sure lang kung comfy ang rears for three on long trips. Two would be perfect. Medyo maliit lang doors sa likod.

    Mukang masikip lang sa picture pero maluwag sa actual, tinry din namin 3 umupo sa likod ok naman. Parang normal car lang sa likod, almost kasing luwag ng 3rd gen vios.

    yung headroom pala?
    hindi naman mababa parang sedan? yung sa vios gen 2 medyo mababa kung 6 footer sa likod e. medyo naka yuko na.

    buti naman may Panther Black sa ambiente, yun lang para sa akin ang okay sa price.

    problem is, kung sa manila bibili, problem ang PMS. No choice but to go Laus.

    Now, Wigo nalang ba, or EcoSport? EcoSport would at least satisfy my craving for an Everest. Magkamukha naman sila, junior lang si EcoSport.
