Damn bro i'm happy for you & your friend. I called up edsa just now, meron din sila pila. SA will get back at me kung gaano na kahaba ang pila. Actually, global sales manager called me up the other day after i complained them directly sa FORD Phil. He committed to honor na yung mga agreement namin about gas coupon & wala ng force tint scam. Also he said there's 80% chance i'll get my unit this month. Cguro they really want to serve me out kc i'm now their head ache as Ford Phil is watching the progress of my complain so much so that their customer service called me 3X the other day just to check & update me.
Let's see first how it goes, before i start dealing with edsa. What i've learned is Edsa is sole dealership unlike others that are branch out thus unit get's to be divided.

It doesn't change color, always stays in blue. Ewan ko ba, papatingin ko na lang sa schedule maintenance checkup next week. Sa Ford Global kasi they told me to go back after one month (or 2 months, pwede din daw) for a free maintenance checkup.
