Pwede na mag reserve ng units... May mga display units na din mga dealerships... And each dealer has been given one unit to pre-sell and I heard ubos na mga pre-sold units...

Yup sub 2.5M sabi ng mga taga-Ford Global City and even in the newspapers. My guess is, it will priced at P2,495,000, sub 2.5M pa rin di ba?

Saw this in person at Ford EDSA Greenhills. Hindi pa pala naka HID yung headlamp. Pero the features are really nice. What I don't like is that it looks like an upscale Fortuner on the outside, and the 3rd row seating is just a bit bigger than the Montero Sport's 3rd row. And another thing, mas marami pang features yung bagong Dodge Durango

Yeah I agree that the legroom of the 3rd row is only a little bit bigger than the Montero but compartment is definitely much bigger. Ang hindi ko napansin sa 3rd row is yung pag nakaupo ka, para bang yung sa lumang Expe na yung tuhod mo halos ka-level na ng ulo ng nakaupo sa 2nd row.

Saw this lovely SUV today its much better than the Chevrolet Traverse..

I hope the 2 Liter Ecoboost variant will be a hit here locally!

Yup the compartment is a lot bigger the Montero's. Nahihirapan din ako pindutin yung hazard flasher button. And the MyFord Touch is somewhat hard to operate. The sound system sounds better than the Expy's. Yung ayaw ko lang is that Ford Philippines decided to omit the auto leveling HID headlamps found on the TOTL USDM Explorer.

The Dodge Durango is much more expensive, even priced higher than the Expedition EL

Had lunch with the people from Ford just awhile ago. Got to ride the Explorer! DAMN! ANG GANDA!!!

I WANT ONE!!! I am thinking of selling my Santa Fe for this... Pero wait na muna siguro one more year pero grabe I was so impressed. Its like business class on the road. Quiet, smooth, powerful, and so high tech!

I wan't to replace my Pajero sana with the Explorer, but the fuel expense and resale value is holding me back from getting this.

To hell with fuel expense, to hell with resale value. This thing is a dreamliner on the road... I guess if you are the type of person the Explorer is aiming at, it doesn't matter (the fuel bills and resale value).

Another recourse is to wait for the 4 cylinder Ecoboost, it should provide better fuel economy without sacrificing power. The car would be more expensive too compared to the NA V6...

Dead on arrival yang Traverse na yan, definitely no match sa new Explorer. I am not being a fanboy just saying the truth! Sa US walang laban yung Traverse sa Explorer in sales. The Explorer is such a huge seller in the US. And here is the kicker! P2.4M. YES THAT's RIGHT! P2.4M. There is not a car at that price and size that can match the comfort, the luxury and the technology of the Explorer.

Gasoline expense? In this range? Would only make sense to worry if you're trading from a 2.5 liter diesel.... 3.2 and above diesels (especially with automatics) are still within the 5-7 km/l range in traffic.

Crap. There goes all the CX9 sales... though it wasn't selling that great, anyway... and Murano sales, too.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
