TJ, have you seen any fender flares out in the market yet? I've asked around for one and the price ranges from 8-12k for the flares but they can't provide any sample as it is for order-basis, kahit pictures wala. I've been meaning to get one so I can finally remove the mud guard.

as what i have read among the forums concerning putting a chips on ford rangers, its a bit frustrating coz as what they have explained to me, due to the rangers ecu not interacting with some programs installed in this aftermarket power chips/tuning box etc. they will only produce or give a 5 percent power, as of now no power chips can really give us our moneys worth in terms of this aftermarket upgrade, the 2.2 is a bit slower and less responsive when coupled with tires larger than its stock oem tire. as what i have experienced on my 4x4 ranger with 285x70x16 tires, it lacks the power to accelerate, so my next upgrade would be on the power side, im still waiting for my friend in thailand to produce a program that could really give more power on this ranger as what he have done on my triton..

Set of 4. They won't provide the source but most likely from Thailand.

Thanks for the reply. Have you researched on larger dump pipe - I just don't know how it will affect a vgt. Is the vgt of the 2.2 mechanical or electronic?

i think its still vgt same with all 2.2l,..maybe after my body mods, ill get into some mods on the engine, bigger exhaust pipe, knn filter, snorkel, and chip tuning..if thats not enough maybe ill get alcohol injection.

I was just thinking bigger dump pipe/exhaust pipe might create havoc on the timing of the VGT. Alcohol injection seems like a good idea too.
I was thinking worthy upgrades would be chip mod/tuning and bigger dump pipe but no data yet on this with the 2.2

Sir, my cousin told me that Diesel Engines are very sensitive( Maselan ) and he told me if I put anything or mod the engine it will be bad.

kung hindi ako nagkakamali, yung new wildtrak ay may lock yung tail gate... for peace of mind, kung locked sya, sure ka na hindi basta basta or accidentally na maoopen or not fully closed.

How's the performance of the Ranger XLT AT?

Currently looking for a new car. Has to have performance comparable to an Altis 2.0V and CR-V 2.0. I got to try the Strada GLS-V (MT, VGT) and it was damn fast for a pickup.

I wouldn't mind enduring the long waiting list, as long as I know that this truck is fast enough.
