Oh I see, loan sa bank uhm never tried that before but from what I heard mahirap makakuha nang stock if you're into bank loan most of the time priority nila yung sa dealer ka mag lo-loan mismo. But anyway that's what I heard last year not really sure about the supply atm kasi before priority (profit based) sila and I asked to reserve sa laus last year 70+ yung naka pila with dealer's loan, excluded pa yung bank loan(?) and cash basis so anyway that's few months ago. warranty claim for the injector corrosion caused by the faulty design of front windshield plastic cowling.

Yours is much cheaper. Free labor ba? How was your warranty claim on injector?

No more free labor this time. Sabi nila, discounted na daw yun lahat sa oil,filter at labor costs.
Yung warranty sa cowl, I am the first one to claim sa kanila. I brought them a copy of the TSB.
They made thorough investigation and checking following the TSB information and my first hand knowledge.
Pinicturan nila at email sa planta. I was told na sabi daw ng FORD na ayusin lang ang cowl uli which they did and observe na lang daw if ganun pa rin before they will take the necessary action again! Kasi hindi naman daw nakakaepekto sa performance ng makina ang TSB. But I protested! and they promised to follow up on me next time.

I have talked to Dave and their service department head(I assumed) and then yung mechanic na naka assign sa unit ko. Pati yung issue na medyo tagilid ang ranger ng tindig bino brought up ko din. They were actually aware and already informed FORD Thailand about the issue as well but nothing has been relayed to them so far. Wala naman daw kasing ma adjust na sa ilalim para maayos. They are waiting for instruction on how to fix the issue.

Thanks for these info. I'll have my leaking cowl replaced as well. It is causing corrosion.

You can powder coat it. Or you can use rubberized spray paint para peelable and can be reverted back to the original state.

Heard 6 months pila sa Ranger. Is this true>? So possible they charge DI because of the Ranger being a hot pick up right now.

Correct.. got fed up with the DI scheme na yan from Ford! And we now bought Chevy Colorado instead. Glad we did, since pag cash marami ding freebies sa Chevrolet. It's good that they now have a lot of competition (Mazda BT-50, Chevy Colorado). The only way to show this dealers who the boss is, is to show them that we can take our business elsewhere.

Ang kaso lang 585 pages na itong thread na ito, so it means there are so many people who are so enamored with the ford ranger they are willing to either wait or pay. Ang tanong lang e sa dami ng nag-post na dito e ilan kaya ang naka wildtrak 3.2? At ilan yung nag give up na waiting for a 3.2 at nag-settle na lang for a 2.2 ranger (no intentions of degrading the 2.2 ha, just stating a fact that the better ranger is the 3.2).

i paid 36,900 sa insurance w/ AOG sa standard insurance company. i did not use eastwest insurance as they are more expensive.

i also paid 29k sa chattel and LTO registration thru eastwest/ford. baka dito sila kumita kasi parang mahal.

Ah ok sir, sa bpi 21,581.00 ang chatel. ang LTO varying sa mga dealership from 9k to 13k.
