I am not sure if they are only giving them to people that pay D.I. or get In-house financing or they actually have enough supply na. Please confirm.

    Hi All,

I have been lurking onto this thread for quite sometime na po. and +1 po ako dito sa question ni Sir Cyferion. It has been more than a year since the release pero ang hirap pa din. Kakabalik ko lang from a Ford Dealership this lunch time, they are still asking me for DI and MANDATORY In-House Financing of 42K.

Sir try mo ford Alabang. So far they are the most honest and fair dealer I've deal with. Got my 3.2 wildtrak last jan. 3 after a long 8 months waiting period.
They just ask me for a 2% DI, and got my insurance outside. (Not in-house)

If I was contented with my xlt AT, I am very much contented and overwhelmed now with the WT 3.2. Can't ask for anything more for a truck... Except maybe for a wings so that it can fly all the way hehehe :-)

Also had the sensors installed sa butas though may konting work around para mag mukhang OEM. Salamat sa Goldcars :-)

Mura lang to actually.

Sir, is the backing up sensor the reason why you have killed the chrome po ba? Just asking lang po. Thanks.

Since out of insurance settlement ito, naghanap ako kapalit. Hence, i decided to have this colored na kakulay nalang ng body niya, anyway, yung front bumper is puti din naman. Silver lining lang po na may abang na siya na butas for the sensor kaya ginamit ko na. Prior, may backing sensor na ako na nakalagay sa ilalim using a bracket kase ayoko magbutas ng bumper.

By the way, baka may interested sa front bumper ng wildtrak. Binebenta ko po. Galing siya sa white na wildtrak kaya combi niya is black and white.

Here I want to share with you about our 6 months old blue Ranger XLT MT 2.2
    1. I still love the car a lot. My wife and kids do love it too.
    2. Other likes the car too. Kids classmates even some call our girls as the girls with blue Ranger, especially when talking to scoolmates who don't know them by the name. Everyone with youth in their heart like to ride at the back of the Ranger. Old ones or young.
    3. Very easy to be recognised on parking by mall as its higher than other cars and blue shines nicely.
    4. Compare to our previous car(Innova) the other drivers do give us much more respect, even the ones like jepney, taxi, lorry and bus drivers are not too aggressive anymore.
    5. We use our Ranger around Metro Manila and densely populated areas of Cavite, with some trips further away. On full tank I do minimum 950-1000km. The best was 1350km on full tank. Not too much highway driving apart from Cavitex. Using Unioil Diesel only.
    6. Someone mentioned smoke from exhaust. I can confirm that as well, but only on full acceleration, a bit of black smoke. Normally you see no smoke whatever.
    7. I don't like weak stock headlights. Will fix that with ultra megalight bulbs. Plus sometimes hard to get space for the car to park, but I knew it advance.
    8. Just got 10 000km PMS, happy with pricing at P5495.

That's at least 11.8 km/L in city driving if you get 950 km on an 80L tank. I've been using Unioil Diesel too and I find this unbelievable. What's the average speed recorded on your trip computer?

I only get similar figures on mostly provincial highway driving with an average speed of 32 kph. Kindly share your driving style, I'd like to have similar FC as yours

Mine says 770-790KM per full tank. Using 3.2 is this normal? didn't bother to try it manually.

From my experience the onboard computer can have a variance of up to 15% from actual consumption.

Thats about 9.6-9.9 km/L. If mostly highway I think the 3.2 can do that. Again, only definitive way to tell is to do the full tank method.

My biggest pet peeve is people claiming their FC is this and that but their methodology is flawed and erroneous (i.e. Tantsa lang sa gauge, or basing off the on-board computer alone).
