Yes, lasang truffle, may "earthy" flavor [emoji23]

Ito gamit ko sukat, sariling timpla, pang sawsawan at marinade na rin.img_20230824_181052.jpg

Peeled and deveined a kilo of shrimp (35 pcs) para gawing lemon garlic butter shrimp. Boiled the heads and squeezed the juices out with a garlic press, and got the meat out for the cats. Matrabaho hehe..

When you watch it in YouTube akala mo simple lang, meron susundutin lang ng toothpick or meron pa nga kuko lang, kukurutin lang ng konti sabay hila with long nails. Ako butterfly cut na nga hanggang dun sa bottom 2 segments ng body may naiiwan pa rin.

Toothpick method ako, nakukuha ko naman lahat. Pero minsan pag payat at maliit shrimp mahirap.

    Asado matua by atching Lilian
Masarap sya, bago sa panlasa. Although not your usual asado na matamis. So i wonder what asado means.

Cooked chicken tempura the other day. For the tempura dip, it requires sugar, I used equal gold instead. My family didn't notice it. It seems equal gold is good for cooking to replace sugar since it doesn't have an after taste.

Been using equal gold for cooking and baking for 3 years na, it was Splenda before but they are the same sucralose, mas mura lang si Equal Gold.
