    kailangan fresh yung labong.. pinapakuluan ko sa water with vinegar tapos tsaka ko pinipiga bago igisa.. ok din yung may gata.. mas gusto ko yung ginisa lang na walang gata tapos madaming saluyot..

    konti lang mga 2 kutsara lang turo sa akin nung suki ko sa Jollijeep.. minsan kasi may after taste yang labong lalo na kung hindi fresh.. minsan lasang kerosene..

    Gusto ko din yung ginisa lang at meron corn kernels.. At marami ang sabaw, match na match sa saluyot.. Kapag ito ulam halos di na ako kakain ng kanin.. Ang sarap!!

    We finished roasting 10 pieces oven roasted chicken last night. My wife helped me. They have this weekly potluck at her office, 10 persons. Our Pyrex can only cook 4 pieces at a time so it took us 6 hours to cook them all. We finished 2am.

    I don't think we'll be doing that again.

    Minsan nag baon wife ko ng ganun for lunch and her office mate likes it, so that's what they requested.

    Honestly ang favorite talaga nila sa oven roast ko eh you cubes of carrot, potato, onion and garlic na Naka latag sa ilalim ng manok. It's soaked and roasted in a block of butter, lemon and herbs mixture.
