Hi Doc PM me for the price of your stage 2. I might opt to change my stage 1 set up in my Pajero.

The only way to do it is to add a MAF sensor so the controller can read the airflow. By doing this the controller can inject based on airflow. A Nissan MAF has a 12v power source so it's a perfect one to use. Plenty of surplus.

Better check it, maybe the bracket need to be tightened.

Ok ive checked it and all bolts are tightly screwed...
However, i tried to activating the pump without the engine turn on, the pump never priduce a single racking sound instead, i notice theres alot of vibration in the hose and kinda air pockets. So i disconnect the nozzle and turn the pump on.. And viola! So many air pockets..

Im using my windshield washer bottle as my tank which has a 4.xx liters.

I set my float level switch to light up less than or equal to 2 liters.. That is why i never ran out of juice..

    QUESTION:
We all know diesel also lubricates the walls of our cylinder right? By using water/meth it steam cleans the walls and taking also the lubrication made by the diesel fuel.. Our putting more stress factor to our engine? Pistong rings may put grooves on our cylinder walls?

    Pls advise, need inputs.

Sir as per my understanding diesel only lubricates fuel system parts, ie fuel injection pumps et.c. But cylinder liners and piston rings are lubes by our engine oil.

Guys lets try to keep this thread alive..

I recently realized that ive been running with lots of air pocket in my pump.. Awhile ago, i bled my system and change my nozzle from 4gph to 2gph(thanks dvldoc).
Im surprised! Its a night and day difference! Power is so refined!! And i really could feel the kicking of the injection (40/60 denatured/H2O)

And the "rak-ka-tak" sound is gone!

Is the 4gph the standard set up for your rig and the 2gph is the recommendation from dvldoc? What is your ride/engine?

The only reason you can get air pockets is if the pick up is getting uncovered, And he was spraying to much for that engine with the newer pump and new nozzle design which put out more output.
