My level sensor lights up less than 2 liters left which is too early hence i never ran out of fluid.
Regarding air pockets, symptoms is too much vibration during operation.
Always bleed the air out whenever you ran out of fluid.
In my case, I forgot to bleed the air out since the day i installed the kit thats the reason im hearing loud "rakatak" sound.
Since your tank is just 4 liter capacity and the trigger point is half of your tank, so you won't be able to use it for long distance without refilling it.
Dvldoc, will the controller shutdown the pump or lessen the pump pressure if the controller is registering no fluid?
No it just warns you, The pump can be run dry so it does not need to turn off the pump.

Boss baka sino sa inyo meron extra 2 meters.. I need it badly.. Kasi nagpakabit ako ng steel bumper, so i meed to relocate my pump which was previously hidden inside the bumper.. Anyone care to donate? ='(

Anyway, im having troubles where to place my pump.. Do you guys mind if a ask for some pictures where you put your pump, nozzle, etc.

Whenever I'd turn mine on if feel a gain in horsepower but I don't see the intake temp going down. This only happened after a reputable shop ( btw... They're the ones who installed it also) adjusted the kit after road testing and dyno. Reason behind that according to them was w/I injection first instAll was wrong but 1st set up is when I saw drastic temp drop but had a drowning feeling on the engine.

Maybe you need a smaller nozzle size or need to adjust your set point 7psi is a good turn on point.

Devildoc you think its worth to mount the nozzle in the elbow of the manifold after the throttle body? Im having 2nd thoughts on drilling that metal elbow.. Im currently mounted pre-intercooler..
My rubber coupling broke a month ago because it was too tight the nozzle adapter to fit between then intercooler & throttle body
