Water/Alcohol injection Turbo Diesel use

Im using my windshield washer bottle as my tank which has a 4.xx liters.

I set my float level switch to light up less than or equal to 2 liters.. That is why i never ran out of juice..




QUESTION:
We all know diesel also lubricates the walls of our cylinder right? By using water/meth it steam cleans the walls and taking also the lubrication made by the diesel fuel.. Our putting more stress factor to our engine? Pistong rings may put grooves on our cylinder walls?

Pls advise, need inputs.

Just FYI, for every liter of fuel burnt you make around a liter of water vapor in the internal combustion process.

fortuner yata yung kay greenthing. madalas siguro maubusan ng fluid yung tank kaya may air pockets?

I think he evaluated on different nozzle sizes and came out with 4gph. Also the float connection may not be on an ideal position. Very easy to register as no fluid in the controller at short distance use.

Always bleed the air out whenever you ran out of fluid.

In my case, I forgot to bleed the air out since the day i installed the kit thats the reason im hearing loud "rakatak" sound.

Since your tank is just 4 liter capacity and the trigger point is half of your tank, so you won't be able to use it for long distance without refilling it.

Dvldoc, will the controller shutdown the pump or lessen the pump pressure if the controller is registering no fluid?

No it just warns you, The pump can be run dry so it does not need to turn off the pump.

Boss baka sino sa inyo meron extra 2 meters.. I need it badly.. Kasi nagpakabit ako ng steel bumper, so i meed to relocate my pump which was previously hidden inside the bumper.. Anyone care to donate? ='(

ill be installing steel bumpers soon.

You can install it sa loob ng cabin, sa likod kasama ng tank kung walang space sa engine bay.

Whenever I'd turn mine on if feel a gain in horsepower but I don't see the intake temp going down. This only happened after a reputable shop ( btw... They're the ones who installed it also) adjusted the kit after road testing and dyno. Reason behind that according to them was w/I injection first instAll was wrong but 1st set up is when I saw drastic temp drop but had a drowning feeling on the engine.

Maybe you need a smaller nozzle size or need to adjust your set point 7psi is a good turn on point.

Mine us mounted on the winch motor inside my steel bumper enclosed with a metal box to avoid water splashes..

Devildoc you think its worth to mount the nozzle in the elbow of the manifold after the throttle body? Im having 2nd thoughts on drilling that metal elbow.. Im currently mounted pre-intercooler..

My rubber coupling broke a month ago because it was too tight the nozzle adapter to fit between then intercooler & throttle body
