I used BD7028 sa Grand Starex ko which is full flow ang OEM wala bang problema dun?

My cousin went to Volmax last weekend and bought for me a couple of BD7028s (for the Toyota 1HD-T)

Here's a pic of my current stock at home (our garage has several Toyotas which use the BT223s that's why i keep a years worth in supply):



He mentioned that Manny asked him if he was from tsikot.com (i forgot to tell him). Meron nga daw sobrang in-demand na filter and wala pa rin daw stock na dumadating. :D

Too bad they don't carry the P7454 as well right now so it's a good thing i ordered some online and will have them hand carried here instead.

Ang old starex full flow din pero ginamitan ng bd28 wala din problema. Ang maganda lang sa grand starex pwede gamitan ng bd7028 kasi mahaba at malapad.

Bought a new set of filters from Volmax earlier. I was surprised that the BF7535 had a slightly different box.







Compared it with the box of BD28:
No print where it was manufactured
Logo and red tint are slightly off

Bosch OM 036 for L300 4D56 is now made in Vietnam (used to be Korea).

Looks and feels a bit inferior vs. korea made.

If the price difference from BD28 is just little, better get the Baldwin na.;)

Marami daw subcon ang bosch. Yung mga cheap bosch hindi sariling planta pag-gawa ng wiper blades at oil filter.

Kahit pa madei in korea, thailand or indonesia bosch filters basta pasado naman sa standard nang parent company then wala problema. Fakes ang problem if meron.

Mas maganda performance nang bosch kesa Vic based sa experience ko eh, although mas lamang talaga baldwin. Walang kagaspang-gaspang yung oil eh.

agree. globalization na ngayon. kahit BMW meron na din made in china. basta pasado sa standards walang problem.

Vic nga made in Japan pero hindi pasado sa standards natin mga tiga tsikot
