I'm nearing in my 10k pms for my mit. Advie ride. I plan to bring my own oil, my last change oil was last dec. 2012. Using casa's turbo xp oil, and so far, im satisfied with the oil's performance. Base on my scenario, my ride is low milage, 5k kms for most likely 10mos. I like delo 400, delvac mx or valvoline premium blue. W/c of the three is better in terms of long drain interval and performance (engine sound and start up). Id like to hear from those who have actually use the said oils. Thanks in advance

^ I've tried delo 400 and mobil delvac mx on my patrol mk. Based only on the sound, the engine is more quiet when using mobil.

Am a Royal Purple oil user for around 6 years, thanks to Speedyfix for introducing it to me...but lately nagconvert na ko to a bit lower grade but almost comparable performance. Group IV to Group III. changed to ZIC Oil user now for more than a year..imagine a Group III base oil with a nice price.(more than half the price of RP) Been using ZIC UP 10W40 semi-synthetic in my ride CRV gen2...oks na oks ang performance. Next week mag upgrade me sa ZIC RV10W30 Fully synthetic, since konting deprensya lang ng price nya..55Pesos more.(still half the price of RP)
Zic UP aabot sya ng est 10,330km with a B-1402 filters.(14months) still maganda pa ang general visual appearance nya...

Sorry but zic and rp is not readily available in local stores here in cebu, u really need to search for a distributor para lang makabili, so im not considering to use these brands with limited source. Anyway im heavily considering delo 400 because of great feedback coming from users locally and abroad. And basing on the msds of delo 400, it is more slippery compared to other 15w weight oils like delvac mx. Pour point is -33 degrees celsius while delvac mx is -30 delo is originally from the USA like mobil

The Royal Purple FB page mentioned one of their dealers in Mabolo, Cebu City some months ago.

sa mga Internet resellers. Sulit.com...You just have to select who have the best pricing, yung iba seller sobra mag mark up. Cheapest there is Php266/Liter fo ZIC RV 10W30...and Php220 for ZIC UP...compared to other brands..this is the best bang for the bucks oil. Group III base oils with price of Group II oils.
