Kung hindi ka particular sa ginagamit na oil sa car mo basta every 5,000kms change oil ka na, I suggest yung Shell Rimula R4X 15w40 na lang or Delo Gold Ultra 15w40. API SL rated yan, way better than your API SJ castrol.

yes. ...DGU gamit ko both on my gas powered civic and feroza every 8-10k OCI paired with baldwin filters, wala namang problema lalo na sa feroza ko which is palagi kong ginagamit off roading/trailing palaging WOT at 1st gear pa lalo na sa mahihirap na trail, mura pa php190 per liter IIRC.
