Mineral , semi synthetic or fully synthetic?

Ako gamit ko delo 400, pero kahit lagpas 6 mos ok pa yan, di na tulad dati mga dino oil, sa bitog forum nga dino oil + dual bypass filter kaytagal nila gamitin

walang problema, delo 400 may moly content na maganda naman both protection ang lubrication yung delo gold wala.

Na test ko na yung Motul TRD 5W40 na pang diesel sa Santa Fe and Montero for 10k OCI. Wala naman difference ako napansin vs sa Specific CRDI at sa Kixx Turbo RV. AFAIK mas mataas TBN ng Specific CRDI vs TRD. Na curious lang ako kaya na try ko kung may difference ba sa mas murana Kixx. Sa next oil change ko back to Kixx ako.

Mahal ang price dito samin, 320/lit. Yung R4 207/lit lang ang tanong ko.

Yun nga yung target ko pampalit sa casa oil next PMS, Zic RV. Sa 10k kms PMS ko sa labas na ko ng casa papaChange oil. Maghahanap na lang ng auto supply na merong Zic malapit dito samin.

Yung Delo 400 bro sa Fort (non-VNT) ko sana ilalagay.

May naka try na ba gumamit ng zic rv sa monty? Kung pwede, ito ang maganda kung ang plan mag OCI is yearly or every 5K cheaper but with decent specs, i think halos same price with Delo 400.

My friend was very happy with Zic RV nung ginamit niya sa monty at fort nya. I recommended it since okay na okay siya sa Grand Starex

Im using delo gold for my 2.5 vnt fortuner... oci is every 5000km.. pwede na ba yun? Kuha ko sa delo gold is 720php for 5 liters (4+1)

Gusto ko mag try ng new oil sana na may noticeable effect sa vehicle pero sana almost same price/liter with my current delo gold.

Oh and mababa daw mashado gamit kong oil for my fort? Sa mga giga trucks namin kasi delo gold gamit ko so far so good..

Hindi naman bulok, puwede din pero mas maganda siyempre yung CI-4 rated oil. Price difference is not more than P15 iirc per liter. Go for the better oil imho.

CI-4 kumbaga eh evolutionary advancement. Formulated to deal with the higher temperatures and stress imposed on engine oils as a result of the new EGR installations and improved turbos. CI-4 oils are superior in every measurable parameter vs. the CH-4 oils. A LOT more superior in oxidative stability, soot holding, viscosity stability, anti-wear, acid neutralization, shear stability, and so forth.

IMHO, mas maganda sana bro kung Delo Gold Ultra o kaya Delo 400 na lang yung nilagay mo. Mas maganda API rating kesa Delo Gold. Saka as per website nila formulated sa may EGR yung Delo 400.

Pero sa Fort namin (non-VNT) as per manual pwede pa din daw ilagay yung API-CD, CE, CF na rating. Ewan ko ba, baka hindi lang updated yung mga manual.

Not an expert, but spec sheet looks ok to me. Can someone with more knowledge determine if this is at par with DGU?

its a good oil. any oil sir with Volvo vds-2/ vds-3 certification will be more than enough to satisfy any normal car engine requirements.
most oil will perform relatively the same given the same API rating, CI-4.
