Working black negative to the engine block of the car being started ( anywhere that there is solid metal where the alligator clamp can be attached)

Your main goal is to jump start the car, by doing the above you are effectively using the battery of your altis to start your corolla via the jumper cables. If you connect the poles, you are decreasing starting current from your good battery because your dead battery is in part absorbing it.

3yr old na yang battery mo palitan mo na yan the soonest possible time. Bili ka ng jumper lagay mo sa trunk for emergency purposes, wag battery monitor sayang lang pera mo.

Also, if I may add, safety reason din para maiwasan ang fumes coming from the battery kung direct terminal to terminal connection.....

Pagtanggal,- reverse lang ng procedure...
