if you have 4AFE, your engine is non interference type-meaning-even if your timing belt broke while the crankshaft was turning, it will not have severe engine damage because the valves and the pistons do not share the same space. it might sound locked up if :
1- the camshaft lost lubrications and has seized
2-the injector/s is/are leaking making the piston hydrolock
3-the crankshaft is seized.
4-funny as it seems, maybe an alternator, idler pulley, water pump or other accessory might be seized restricting free movement of the crankshaft pulley.
5-if it was a manual transaxle equipped car, the clutch or transaxle maybe locked up
6-hopefully, not your pistons seized in the cylinder bore.
