salamat po sa inyo![]()
*resident evil - mahina ang westgate talaga sa aftersales! i had to fix my tire problem on my own... mukang mabagal pa sila kumilos kesa sa pagong... dalawa na tayo na pinahirapan nila sir. ewan ko na lang sa iba pang cruze owner jan na sa kanila nagpapaservice. yoko na talaga sa kanila.![]()
from what you guys were saying.... in my opinion, mukang yung chevy westgate lang ang may problema. wala ako nakikitang reklamo coming from other chevy owners that bought their car from other chevy showrooms.. baka nasa mga tao na nila ang problema at wala na sa TCCCI. i myself got my car at westgate, di ko na gusto mga tao sa service bay from my experience with them. naawa na ako sa SA ko kasi sha yung napapahiya sa akin kapag nag f-follow up ako sa problema ng cruze ko. buti na lang may tumulong sakin from outside and ako na mismo nag ayos ng problema ko. hopefully maayos na din ito.
maiba din ako... i know 1 person na may toyota vios na na-accidente din, mag 2 1/2 mos na din nasa casa yung oto nya at wala pa din daw available na parts...
For those with westgate problems, are you limited to that "Casa" only? My question is are we limited to the casa we bought the car from? What if I want it serviced here in Pasig? Is that possible?
If this is limited to a certain branch(eg WestGate) then its best to avoid buying from this branch, let TCCI deal with them.
Cruze owners, anymore problematic branch or exemplary Chevy branch you can vouch(or complain)? This will be great information to future buyers and for TCCI to reform(replace?) them.

Just thinking out loud lang mga chief.
If you built a car with brakes that are NOT supposed to emit any noise while doing a reverse, but actually does... then shouldn't that also be categorized as a "DEFECT" of the said car, besides the fact that it may also be safety issue, or not? If your buying a second hand car fine.. but a brand new one?
On the other hand - If you built a car with brakes that are SUPPOSED to emit noise while doing a reverse, then you can probably categorize that as "ANNOYING".
With regards to the "air intake issue"... it may indeed be a safety feature, but Chevy's Engineers should have at least added some sort of mechanism that will give the driver the choice to weather or not to keep it open or closed... so they (driver and their passengers) don't have to deal with "unwanted air" coming from the outside of the vehicle. Similar to how we sometimes want to get unwanted air out from inside the vehicle.
Again just thinking out loud lang mga chief

i agree with you sir bighead. i think it's the same as to why they have different suspensions of the cruze that they released here in the Philippines and in the USA. please correct me if i'm wrong...![]()
Huh? so kung may mabahong kanal sa labas maamoy mo sa loob? What do you mean safety issue? There's always an option to keep vents open or closed. Di ko gets?
I think it's an isolated "casa" problem. If ever makakapunta kayo sa pasig, dun nyo na lng Pa service andun Pa si Awallit to assist you.. Just my 2cents..
