They should be calling dude to resolve it asap, they're calling alot(like what's happening to me) when you've asked for quotation to entice you to buy and you got a text for once you've bought it?

This doesnt look good, and I really do hope it's isolated to the (incompetence of) WestGate branch.

Cruze owners if your branch has a sucky(or exemplary) aftersales post it here so (would be) buyers can be informed.

Just received a response. Nothing spectacular. They will trace chronology of events. I also told them that the most decent and professional thing for the dealer (separate from TCCI) to do is offer me a car that I can use while my vehicle is being repaired. It will be considered daw. Mr. Hernandez also called me on the phone and told me about his e-mail. In fairness, the guy is trying to help. But I was expecting a more definite response. It looks like this will be a teleserye.

Investigation shouldve started 1 month after it wasnt yet finished for delivery, not 3 months after and certainly not the photofinish reply you're seem to be having.
