Hi sir GH, I'm still checking both the Lancer EX & Cruze threads until now to check on inputs from the owners of both cars.

Even Mitsubishi Motors at Pasig (green valley) is giving FREE LABOR on it's PMS.

    Anything else new?

If you are thinking which casa to have it serviced, if you are near pasig, the Mitsubishi at "Green Valley" (E.Rod) is highly recommended by many Mitsu owners, not only Lancer EX owners.

I have also got my Lancer EX serviced there twice. I would give both experiences good grades.

I'm grateful that your branch is the most active(at least online) in marketing/supporting the Cruze, should I push through with my purchase it'll definitely be in your branch. (From the other thread it seems half of the Cruze owners bought from you guys)

Active online simply equates to more sales and high commissions for the sales person.

If and only if you can disclose, what are the complaints you guys got regarding the Cruze?
It would be rare if a sales person would know the problems encountered in the service department. Much rarer if that sales person would even disclose those problems, fearing lost sales.

Free labor is normally given at 1000 and 5000 km with any car brand... Except Honda only 1000 is free but kada 10,000km ang visit...

Given the perceptions or should I say stigma by many that PH Chevy == "sucky cars and expensive parts+services" and that they themselves trump this car as their prototypical chevy cars moving forward, it would be prudent for them to be transparent but "supportive"(? I cant put the words into it).

But again I said "If and only if you can disclose..."

+1000 ako dito eh. The Chevy is indeed a good car but one of the factors that will define owner's satisfaction is aftersales....

Let's cross our fingers. Perhaps this is the Litmus Test for TCCI.

imo, the litmus test should've been from the get go(ie marketing the car, car is sold and is having a very good after sales)

But then again, we might be barking at the wrong tree, this might not be a chev issue but insurance.

I will be honest with you guys. I'm a bit annoyed with the noise coming from the brakes during a reverse. It's not a safety issue but more of an annoyance.

You also read comments on the air coming from the outside every after some time. It's not a concern for me as I see this as a safety feature for the occupants. It annoys some owners but this is something I cannot compromise due to safety.

Basically these two. But overall, everything is great in the car!

Give us a little more time as we improve our service here in Pasig. I have a new service manager on board and with him around, we'll be much better in terms of service and customer satisfaction.

Free Labor? This is nothing ghosthunter. How about free PMS (up to __ years). Free __ years diagnosis (technical and computerized).... and other freebies.

Good if Chevy branches can really improve on aftersales.

    Well only time will tell.....

Sorry but I don't see it this way. We are trying to build customer relationship sir. Customer satisfaction. Changing the perception on a great brand which can in turn make many people happy about their cars. I'm sure you are one happy customer of another car brand. We are building that sir. I hope this will get sooner than what we see in the horizon... all for you valued customers.

I'm now a sales person coming from many years of being a service personnel. I feel your concerns sirs. I hope that being part of this thread, I can contribute my cents to satisfy our little desires about cars... our passion for cars.

Yeah to be fair lets give TCCCI a chance. The old Chevy Phils. really destroyed the image of the brand... Sob TCCCI will really need to work overtime to try and repair the image. It will take a long time as destroying an image takes time and rebuilding it will take even longer...

    Let's see...

So when the customer complains come rolling in & the sales from this forum stops, I do hope you don't just disappear from the discussion forum.

It was in house insurance bro, which means that there should be no problem with coordination. Anyway, let's see what happens.

Note also that I was informed that it was already approved by insurance early August. I still trust that TCCI will fix this though. Sayang naman. They are having a good run.
