is it true na they change the suspension of the US version cruze?i read it somewhere..

Yes, the US version uses a modifed version of the twist beam that has lateral links which they call the Z-link (Watts link), its basically the same as the one in the current Opel Astra.

"A Watts link has also been incorporated to help manage the lateral position of the wheels, the first such application with a torsion beam axle in a production car. A lateral link from the rear end of each trailing arm is attached to the central crank mounted to a sub-frame. As lateral loads build, the linkage puts a counter-acting force on the opposite wheel to keep the whole setup centered under the car."

The non-USDM Cruze models like the one sold here use the standard twist beam.

nice and cool ride. where did you get all your accessories from? At first I could tell that its an LT model because of its chromed door handles..
I asked the chevy pasig, shaw and QC if they already have some basic accessories like the side rain visors, rear visors and some chromed door handles and they told me that they still doesn't havr it.
Glad that i saw you ride, you gave me some hope man. hehe

The chrome and rain visors I ordered from eBay. Just go to eBay and type "cruze" on the search bar. Those accessories arrived 2 - 3 weeks after I ordered them. Kinabahan ako kasi it was the first time I ordered something that expensive off of eBay, haha!

Maganda ang Pewter Gray, Bro! In fact nung bumibili ako ng Cruze, magkatabi yung pewter gray at black, kumuha ako ng upuan at umupo sa harap nung dalawa nang matagal. Ang ganda din talaga ng gray, kaso I wanted to try black for a change kasi silver yung past cars ko.

It might be different there in Metro Manila but I'm here in the province. I got the plates after 5 days and the registration stickers after 6 weeks.

The odometer showed 47 km when I picked up the car.

Kayanga sir, eh! Ang weird talaga.

Eto yung PCD ng Cruze:

Diesels PCD = 5x115, ET 44, Ø~70.2

Petrols PCD = 5x105, ET 41, Ø~56.5

Magkaiba yung diesel at petrol. Yung 18" aftermarket rims ng Captiva pwede yata kaya lang 7" wide lang siya.

This is correct. Petrol PCD is 5x105. Our mags supplier also confirmed the 105 as this is specially wholed from production for Cruze in AP.

Chevrolet Pasig has variants of Mags for you to select from. These are distributor recommended and doesn't void your warranty. Look for Allan in the showroom.

Hi! Just go to eBay and type "cruze" in the search bar. Prices are widely variable ranging from $9 to $22 for the chrome itself and $5 to $30 for shipping. Depends on the merchant. It seems that some merchants charge an artificially low price for the merchandise but quote a high shipping charge.

Wow can't believe. This is bad news since most (maybe all) of the after market mags here in PH dont sell 5/105.
