Sir, sobra naman yung mga yun! Labor lang 2thou+!!? *#%!!*** miscellaneous 861!! Grabe! Ano-ano po ba mga pinalitan at ginawa nila? bakit ang mahal ng parts? Sa Pasig daw 440 lang ang labor eh.
Sa akin kasi nagpa-fax muna ako ng quotation before i went for the PMS. Then tinaggal ko mga hindi ko kailangan like the windshield washer they were gonna charge for 251.00. sabi ko wag na. kalalagay ko lang ng liquid washer, puno pa yan.
Let's keep in mind that we have a choice which dealer we want to have our units serviced. It's not necessary for it to be the dealer we bought the unit from. As long as it's an authorized chevy dealership, then the 3-year warranty will not be voided.
Thanks sir for bringing this up. I'm sure Covenant Cars would want to know about this. It's contrary to their claim of low cost of ownership.
i believe chevy pasig simply has many promises that they do not commit to and because of them, TCCCI gets lower ratings. I still think there's time for improvement![]()
Meron na pala tsikot car accessories shop hehehe sana meron na para sa cruze naten silang binebenta

bakit naman nadamay ang chevy pasig kung sa chevy quezon ave niya nabili?
each dealer have different deals to offer and the best offer I got was from chevy pasig. kung mahina man ang aftersales support ng ibang dealers huwag dapat idamay ang ang maayos na dealer..
so far, wala akong problema sa kanila and I do hope that they will continue to bring the quality of service to their customers high all the time.
Oo nga! Me, i can't commit any date before Christmas. Busy eh. But after the holidays, I can attend a grand EB.
That's possible. But the schedule for the pollen filter is 20,000 km.
Their marketing efforts are rendered useless. They should have a uniform service pricing in all their dealers if they really want to realize their goals.
I still have with me the OR for 90K PMS at Toyota, the labor was only 1,148 pesos.
It seems that each service station have different pricing schemes and not uniform by any means.
Since Covenant is "committed" to improve their aftersales service "for the meantime pwede kong sabihin na "KUNO" " then we have to demand unfiform pricing across the board. They should also lower their labor costs to be competitive with other manufacturers.
I don't think their mekanikos are far way better than the rest - pare-pareho lang yan sa taga toyota, honda, etc yet they charged lower than chevy
Please continue posting for all your comments about pricing, after-sales service, etc so that we will all know and WE CAN ACT TOGETHER to LET THEM KNOW THAT WE ARE NOT HAPPY!
just placed my reservation for a black 1.8 Ls m/twill get it next week... oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah!
the test drive really did it for me, test drove the altis, lancer, and the civic.. but after i tried out the cruze.. i feel like i get my money's worth. it feels much much much more solid! :D and the interior feels like its built and put together compared to the competition
