Will have my CBB installed in my car this Saturday with denso ballast. If I don’t like the output, I might change it to Philips 85122C1 bulbs.

Let me see if Im not satisfied with the koito q5 + osram cbi combo. Will upgrade that to cbb. Test ko muna.

Yup. I purchased my CBB from PrimeAutoLamps.

Hi Sir, naka Everest din po ako. I will upgrade my stock projector soon. What is the benefit of AR coated lens?

I plan to buy kits from Lightwerkz then ipapa-buo ko sa Chroma Lights, kaso wala ako makitang projector from Lightwerkz na AR coated lens.



TO ALL: Papacheck ko lang itong list ko. Your suggestion inputs are highly appreciated....
- projector: torn between G5-BRT, G5 EX, or G5 EXL (Lightwerkz recommendation is to get G5-BRT however I am after for long range light output so I think I should get G5 EXL because based sa nabasa ko Headlight Junkies mas long range ang G5 EXL. As per Chroma Lights, all G5 models fits stock shroud of Everest)

- bulb: Osram 66240 Nightbreaker Laser 4200k

- ballasts: AMP Hyluxtek HYlux 2A88 35W Canbus Ballasts

- H11 headlight socket adapters

* I am still thinking if I add Diode Dynamics RGBW Demon Eyes Pro Series with RGBW controller and Switchback Angel Eyes.

Nah. I reverted back to reflectors for that car. Kakabitan ko na lang ng osram night breaker laser which just arrived today.

Kinuha ko ung koito q5 projectors to be installed sa ibang car.

Quoting Lightwerks G5-BRT page, it says that the AR coating increases output slightly.

Quoting TRS naman, AR coating increases light transmission while decreasing bleed resulting in 10% more light and less bleed.

Cant really comment on those demon or angel eyes. Depends on what look you are aiming for. Ako kasi I always aim for that OEM look.

If its cheaper for you to get the whole retrofit system sa US, then go ahead. Sayang din ung natipid.

Inadvise sa akin na since magpaparetrofit na din ako, isagad ko na with angel and demon eyes. Based sa reviews, Diode Dynamics ang pinaka malakas ng light output even at broad day light. I still have to check if discounted ang price sa Black Friday sale and if not then OEM look lang basta importante ling range ang light output.

Actually cheaper if parts will come from Lightwerkz and mas okay ang ballasts, plus 5k labor with labor & sealing warranty from Chroma Lights. Si Firedrake and RedLine kasi di payag sa labor only. I did not ask naman sa TheRetrofitShop kasi malamang mahal labor dun.

Sir pafeedback naman po ng Osram NB Laser. Yan kasi ung bulb na nirecommend sa akin ng Lightwerkz. 4200k daw para all-weather pero feels like 5000k if I will use Hylux canbus ballasts na 35w.

Kung body panel issue, try going to talyer that does body repair.
