Planning on getting an HID retrofit

Ok since you brought this up. Let me be clear na hindi ako expert just an enthusiast/student trying to learn amd absorb ideas in headlight retrofitting.

Now, you said na mas malakas yung oem civic mo kesa naka retrofit na mazda. Also nakalimutan mo ilagay ano klaseng bulb ang gamit sa mazda.
So having said that na try mo na ba itapat ang oem led ng civic mo sa naka retrofit gamit ang mga projectors like rx350, acura tl, s2000 ot kahit na morimoto mini d2s 4.0 lang. Now what if ang gamit na bulb ng projector na nabangit ko ay osram cbi, osram nb ir philips xv? Wala pang kasama dyan ang option na mga ballast. Nakita nyo na ba ang buga ng naka retrofit na naka 55w ballast?
Also sa retrofitting daming aspects ang kailangan if mag compare ka ng light output. bulbs, projector, ballast, optics etc.

since this like your oem led civiv HL vs a retrofitted car. Here' one pic, redline din may gawa. can your oem led HL do that?


Again HID is still the king at the moment.
edit: this car is using a philips xv bulb.

Hi guys. You may want to take a look at install of westcustom. Seems maganda ang output. They are using hella 2.5” projectors and V3 lens and hid light system. Problem is, cannot search this brand in the web. Anybody knows the specs of materials they are using?

Looks good. hella G5 projectors alam ko may 2.5". Not sure lang sa V3 lens kung ano un. Usually kasi naka-clear lens na ang G5. Pag ni-upgrade nila ung lens to lets say zkw lens then pair that with branded hid bulb, maganda talaga output nyan. Probably pricey.

Hindi. Lumalabas na type or model un hella g5. Usually nhk at aes un brand

Posting install of westcustom last night. I think they are using IPHCAR. Don’t know how durable it is. Thought of trying it. But I already ordered Osram CBB from Amazon. Just deciding between xenon or firedrake for the install.

Availed of the stage 2.5 of Xenon concepts. I opted to have them install a pair of philips d2s (4300 temp) and ballast(forgot the brand. They do come with a 6yr warranty) I got from Amazon instead of the NHK bulbs and ballasts that came with the package. I still got the NHK bulbs and ballasts for spares though since the discount would only be 2500 if I did not get them.

How was the service /upgrade? One happy camper as they say.

Why not try westcustom? These china-projectors have come a long way nung dati na nagstart ako magpa-retrofit ng headlights. Naalala ko pa ung dati kong gamit is from a bmw e46. Single low beam lang walang high beam. Haha

Ung mga iba gamit from honda s2000 and acura tl.

I bet pag ni-pair mo na ung osram cbb mo, maganda output nyan regardless.

I had a second thought of having the installation with westcustom that’s why I bought CBB and have it installed either by xenon or firedrake. Westcustom ‘s price is so close with that of the other two but westcustom uses IPH projectors compared to Hella G5 Ex used by xenon/firedrake.

Osram CBB is 88usd plus shipping. Ordered and delivered here by amazon.

Since I was amazed with the output of CBB, I ordered the same thru Amazon last Saturday, Oct 5. When I traced my order early today, this is what I got.
