I would like to say that I am posting all my projects here to generate discussion or talk about car lights. Eto yung title nung sub section na thread na toh right? If people see these projects and makita nila yung car nila then they can, ay pwede pala sa oto ko yun at eto pala yung tamang pag gamit ng HID. Pag meron questions, I answer all tech stuff here para there's a free exchange of information. So again I have a handful of actual experience with doing retrofits, if you have questions then I am willing to post whatever info I know na tama. My info is not just theoretical but proven in actual conditions. If on the side meron mga tsikoteers na nagpagawa sa akin, I am thankful to this community and siguro may ginagawa naman akong tama on how to do retrofits

Retrofitting basically allows you to maximize HID technology without safety issues with other motorists. This is the right way to use HID.

Usap naman tayo about LED's for auto application. Here are some recent projects:

This gauge came out of a Honda Integra and customer retrofitted it into his EK Civic. I upgraded the lighting to amber leds.



and he also asked me to do his 3rd brake light



Why use LED. First for aesthetic purposes, mas maganda. 2nd mas less consumption but the output is much brighter and Longer service lifetime. The OEM leds na ginagamit ko are rated between 50,000-100,000 hrs!

all LEDs are OEM and top notch quality.

jun: you have several option sa DRL. Yung Porsche style na nasa fogs yung DRL pwede ganun sayo or pwede rin strip. Yung sa fogs mo we can place 3 hi power oem leds, palagay ko dun bagay yung DRL. Surf the net para makita mo yung sa mga bagong Porsche. I've a few here and maganda dating.

my gauges have dimmers. will it still function if LEDs are retrofitted? please PM the price/quote for a standard gauge cluster LED retrofit.
