As P.T. Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute."
what's worse about is that they can influence a lot of people. hehe!
did they ever stop to examine ALL the effects of the device?
doctorate degree P.R.-->magaling mambola...
teka..teka...ot muna: chick-boy ba si planas?mukang praktisadong-praktisado
Worst part about all this, is that we're accelerating the effects of the green house effect... image if the trikes in the metro and jeeps installed this device.somebody outta expose him of all his BS. I don't want to pay additional taxes for trikes to use this, its like paying for our own grave.

Pinoy invention to be tested in the US
Ben Cal Manila Bulletin
(PNA) - A former logistics engineer of Lockheed Corp., one of the biggest US Defense Manufacturers, yesterday agreed to lobby in the United States a Filipino invention that will reduce car pollution to almost 100 percent.
Jun Pedery, a Filipno-American citizen who worked for Lockheed for 15 years before he retired last December 5, met with Pablo Planas, a Filipino inventor who invented an anti-pollution device caled the "Khaos Super Turbo Charger."
Planas and Pedery had their initial meeting yesterday afternoon at the former's office in Quezon City to discuss the possibility of marketing the gadget in the US.
The Filipino inventor explained to Pedery how the "Super Turbo Charger" works as an anti-pollution device that is installed in gasoline-driven cars.
Planas said the gadget, aside from being an anti-pollution device, can also cut by 50 percent the gas consumption.
Pedery was impressed on how the "Super Turbo Charger" works that he offered his help to Planas in penetrating the lucrative US market.
He said he will lobby in Washington to have Planas' invention tested by the US Environmental Protection Agency.

I have installed the Khaos on my Cefiro last Oct 2004.
At first , instead na tumipid eh, lalong nagmahal.
I asked the technicians to check wat happened ... first they didn't believe me.
But when they rechecked the engine ... ang dami na daw problema ang makina ko. (Pero the first time ... they didn't say anything.. infact, praised the engine since it was well maintained)
But they adjusted it and it is now ok.
But the fact are these:
1. Their technicians do not know what they r doing ... nangangapa!
They don't have any standard rpm of what is okay ... tantahan lang!
2. Variability in results
There are a lot who gave postive report on the Khaos.
Others negative ... others said there are no big savings due to the unit.
My own personal opinion on the unit.
Just don't buy it.
You know what was the effective savings that I did when I saw that my SAVINGS aren't that high ...
I stopped bringing my Car to work and commuted.
All media hype lang pre.
Nothing more.
It increase the Turbo of the car.
But I already have a Cefiro, 6 Valve and 2.4 L.
Dont' need the extra turbo.
Infact, the machine vibrates alarmingly since they chocked the gasoline intake to force the reductionn of gas consumption.
Ofcourse, this is my opinion and 50 other people in the company i work in who was bought by the media hype they've created.![]()

politicos don't care if the product they endose works or not... just as long as it gets them some TV news time and a spot on the front page on the major newspapers.
this is exactly what i was thinking...wtf will a logistics engineer be doing, other than setting up distribution systems when they start selling the product in the US? someone is seeing dollar signs floating in the air...Originally Posted by ILuvDetailing
Geez... to sum up what Khaos does to us:
- Premature wear and tear on our engines.
- Premature wear and tear on our wallets.
- Premature thinning of the Ozone layer.
Its truly KHAOS. They should have skipped the Super Turbo Charger part... stupid name if you ask me.
Huh??? With all the money Mr. Planas is making nowadays....he must be having premature ejaculationOriginally Posted by ILuvDetailing
