When pro-Khaos fails in defending argument's merits, expect pro-Khaos to resort to personal tirades against everyone else. Does anyone see a pattern here?

    Predictable. And pitiful.

Freeman, as of this writing I don't see you bringing up this latest "development" at the Khaos thread over at 4X4ph.com. Looks like they're already immune to your KSTC propaganda, thus we note your desperation in pitching it here.

As I have mentioned before, your association with Khaos is clearly compromising your status, and your judgement, as a moderator for a motoring website. Thus, how can we expect anything objective from your end?

Hiya guys. nice job keeping up the fight, ghosthunter... I've been out of internet for the past three months (what a hassle getting married and moving is!), and I'm glad to see you guys are still on the ball.

Anyone see the latest Honda Fuel Challenge results? Now if any device had claimed to give me consumption like that, I would've laughed my head off... as it is, I am still struck dumbfounded by the ability of some people to get such astronomical mileage... 65 km/l city AND highway in a Honda City 1.3 CVT by Paul Tiglo, 49 km/l in a Civic VTi AT by Pocholo Ramirez (not so sure on this one) and 40 km/l in an Isuzu Challenge in a 3.0 diesel Trooper...

These are fuel savings results of around 100% or more, just from changing driving styles, while NO Fuel Saver has proven more than a 10% change in fuel consumption... AND under questionable test conditions. Let the so-called "inventors" chew on that.

In another thread regarding the same device, there was a similar dare. Nothing happened to it. But you never know, you might get "lucky".

    From Philippine Tribune:

    TOTAL ‘KHAOS’…In a good sense

    Thursday, 03 10, 2005

Friends and colleagues have been telling me about this device that can help make a vehicle more economical. I was curious to know what it was, and discovered it to be the Khaos gas-saver and anti-pollution device. The Khaos super gas-saver was described as an “air-regulating device that introduces precisely calibrated air into the engine's combustion chamber via the intake manifold to achieve complete combustion.” I was privileged to test one, so I thought that it would be a challenge to use it on a V8 engine, in other words a gas-guzzler, in order to really feel any improvements or results in the gas consumption. For this purpose, I installed the Khaos device on a 1999 Ford Expedition XLT 4WD A/T with a 4.6-liter V8 engine. The installation was done at Car Economics Inc. located at Commonwealth Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City (tel. nos. 434-3658 / 928-3017) where I met with Mr. Ramon Ramos (Khaos big boss) and Mr. Noel Gaerlan (operations and technical head consultant). Initially, the vehicle was checked by the Khaos technician, who also coordinated with the driver regarding driving habits, regular routines and use of the vehicle. The Khaos device, which looked like a miniature submarine with two chimneys finished in chrome with gold plating on both ends, was installed at the vehicle's intake manifold. The actual installation itself took about the same time, as one would make brewed coffee — that fast.

Prior to the installation, we recorded the kilometer readings of the Expedition after every full tank. The records showed that the fuel consumption before installation was 2.5 kilometers to a liter (this figure shows an extraordinarily high fuel consumption due to a frequency of this vehicle to be idling while stationary, and the driver having a lead foot — prone to hard braking). The regular routine of the vehicle is mainly city driving within Metro Manila. With the Khaos device already installed, the Expedition resumed its regular routine. After one week passed, kilometer readings were again recorded and apparently, the fuel consumption became 3.3 kilometers to a liter (the same driving habits and routine of the vehicle was maintained). It was an improvement of 32 percent in the fuel consumption.

According to Car Economics Inc., Khaos will not cause damage to the engine. In fact it helps prolong the life span of spark plugs, muffler, engine oil and the engine itself, since efficient combustion is achieved. It makes the engine burn fuel efficiently and eliminates carbon monoxide. This invention is proudly Philippine made. It has actually won a Presidential Award as the Most Outstanding Invention for Transportation and Environment during the Filipino Inventors Week held in 2003. The Khaos gas saver, also known as the Khaos super turbo charger, has apparently been used for 30 years now. Priced at P6,500, your return on investment will depend on the savings that you will garner from fuel consumption, spark plugs and the like. Since the Khaos device is said to last a lifetime, the investment would be sound indeed. Total “Khaos?” — Definitely in a good sense. Good sense??? Too bad the author of this piece didn't even identify himself :butt2: pag nagpakilala siguro siya siguradong bugbog sarado siya at TKO siya ng mga forummers

the article sounds so much like a paid advertisement... As Seen on TV

My brother has a similar Ford Expedition and he normally gets 4-5km/L city driving. An acquaintance of mine has a newer model Expedition and gets around 4km/L when city driving. That quoted 2.5km/L milage from the article simply means the hired driver has very bad driving habits.
