The very fact that Pablo Planas is claiming zero emissions with his device, is more than enough evidence to say that the product is a fake, and by extension casts doubt on his integrity as a so-called inventor and as a person. Why? Because any grade-schooler will tell you that emissions, whether solid, liquid or gas, are a natural part of burning; as long as we are dealing with an internal combustion engine, there will always be emissions in some form. Else what would be the by-product of the process? Does Pablo Planas mean to tell us that his Khaos Super Turbo Charger has the ability the circumvent one of the fundamental laws of nature?

If Planas is already twisting science itself with his OUTRAGEOUS AND DOWNRIGHT STUPID CLAIM, how do you expect us to believe in his product?

As much as not wanting to sound like the old man...khaos is a pre-combustion device that gives correct air fuel mixture which is 15:1 (15 air and 1 gas). it is being installed in the intake manifold and then kino-connect (with the help of a hose connector, of course) ito sa, let say carburator yung engine nyo or fuel injected type, it doesnt matter. it gives enough air to your engine.

btw, there's this one guy who said that Noli had his car installed of the device which is FX or revo ata sabi nya. correction, mali po yung pinost na yun dito. it's noli's chevy, e150, and expedition and na-install-an.

kasi ba naman kung unang post mo eh about endorsing a product eh sino maniniwala sa iyo... ako honestly nagbebenta/nageendorse ako minsan sa forums pero unintentional, kasi para magbenefit yun mga kaibigan ko sa forum... at when i do this, usually around 400-500 posts na ako... regular na ako, wala akong paki, kung makabenta ako... ang akin lang gusto ko matulungan sila... ikaw kasi halata na nag-eendorse ka eh...

how your device operates is already out in the open since the 1970s. if you just read the other posts, it even has a generic term: air bleed device.

here's an excerpt on how MODERN engines work:

The first reason is the presence of the lambda sensor in the exhaust system. For good operation of the catalyst (see below), the engine is set to run at lambda 1 at all times other than cold start and full load (in other words, for 99% of the engine's operation). Since the tolerance on injectors and air meter might be as much as 5%, a lambda sensor is fitted in the exhaust to monitor the mixture. This sensor gives a very precise measure of lambda; the engine management system adds or removes a small amount of fuel to keep the engine at exactly lambda 1. So the air bleed through the "fuel saving device" results in a lean mixture, but the lambda sensor will "see" this and the EMS will put extra fuel in to compensate. Hence the mixture stays at lambda 1 - the "fuel saving device" has no effect at all.

given that, what the heck is KSTC for if the ECU / EMS is already trying to maintain the engine to operate at 1 lambda / 15:1 air-fuel ratio?

The DENR is run by politicos, who, in my opinion, should leave the running up to the academics. There are dozens of researchers shelling out their own money for honest research, instead of marketing "miracle inventions" to their compatriots.

If I wanted to lean out my engine, I'd just poke a hole in the gas recirculation hose... much cheaper, thank you. I told you before to read, and all of this was explained in detail before.
