How much total upgrade mo? Did it come out cheaper than getting a GLS?

May I know ilan KM/L consumption niyo ngayon?

Sorry daming tanong. Actually yan din mga choice ko. CX5 kasi hindi nasasandal yung second row tsaka mahal battery. RAV4 laging walang model unit tsaka masikip ata second row compared sa Tucson based on specs. Will still upgrade to TV though.
check this post for the steering controls and drive mode. it is tested to be working naman.
    The All New Tucson
got parts from overseas then plug and play naman. i think ni remove sila dito for PH release to lower the SRP of the units.

from hyundai pasig. ito yung AVN - Hyundai's New Audio-Video Navi - YouTube
you can get this outside for 25k but 6 months warranty with aftermarket reverse camera.
in hyundai pasig, it came with the unit and 5 years warranty din. so i took it na even a bit higher price due to 5 years warranty din and orig hyundai reverse camera.

wala pa consumption numbers kasi twice palang nagamit since nakuha nung monday
Tilt & Telescopic; Leather; Audio & Bluetooth Remote
    7.0J x 18" Alloy Wheel; 225/55 R18 Tires
    door chrome handle
    side mirrors
foglamp (8k sa outside), roof rails, mud guards (2k outside)
    dual front airbags
    stability control
keyless alarm, push start, rear parking senor
    rear aircon vents
    power driver seats

210k price difference ng GLS sa GL. maybe konti lang difference sa monthly amortization if loan, pero if purchasing it cash, can haggle for discount above 100k

cx5 base model was 70k discount, rav4 base model was 10k discount, tucson was 100k discount. we always acquire via paying cash. (iniikot lang pera from other sources of money, company sponsor, etc)
then we experienced how "hungry" it was on gasoline. so Jan of this year, we "returned" it to office.
we need to get a replacement and this time wife do not want the rav4 anymore due to gas guzzler.
i asked her to test drive everest, she liked the handling of the steering. (we have montero and fortuner, nahihirapan siya drive both sa steering)
we ended up with tucson crdi and then just got it last monday. it was just GL crdi, added the 10in android, tv plus Audio/video/navigation (AVN) w/ rear camera and foglights bec of good offer.
then i do not need to change the horns kasi fiamm na pala yung stock ng tucson. all our cars have fiamm horns para isang tunog lang pag papabuksan gate sa bahay. hehehe.
then i got some cruise control and audio switches for the steering, and the drive mode (eco, sport, norma) switch and DIY installed it...
next in line is yung aircon vent for the second row seats.

if you are paying cash, let me know as my agent can give big cash discount. please PM me.

this saturday, we'll get the BR-V naman for my parents. they wanted something "big" na hindi mataas kagaya ng mga PPVs and not to low like HRV, Mobilio, Altis, Civic. plus na sa kanila yung third row seats when needed but hindi naman talaga gagamitin, and another plus is yung 2nd row aircon vents..
when we did test drive, nagustuhan nila height ng BR-V over HR-V (which they find to small inside. feeling nila nakakulong).
dahil 1.5 na gasoline engine, they opted for BR-V, else diesel talaga gusto namin... now pipila na sa CRV na diesel as that is what they really want...
bnew lang ba ang binibenta ng agent mo or meron ding certified used?

Ano po kaya masusuggest nyo magandang bilin? 🤔

if enlarging your garage is out of the question, then you should be looking at vehicle dimensions.
    the mitsu adventure is narrow.
many sedans and hatches are narrower than your current choices.
    good luck, po.

there's an all new CRV coming out and possibly in diesel and with 7 seats pa.... i would wait for that if i were you.

I plan to get the gas variant.

But CRV is the best selling CUV in the US for several consecutive years already.

If you are a millennial who did not even witness the successes of these brands some 10-20 years ago, you would wonder why they are being sold higher eh size lang naman pinagkaiba sa vios, city, hrv, ecosport, mirage.

Given that trick of the mind, i doubt if you will even consider puuting these car models in your list anymore,

Advice po sana, looking to buy compact suv soon, choosing between 2010-2012 tucson gas, 2007-2009 rav4, or 2008-2010 forester, all AT. Year models are due to budget of 400-500k (based on research sa olx). I want a compact suv for the family since mas mataas sya sa sedans hence mas safe (am i right to assume this?).

Points of view po sana in terms of reliability, maintenance cost, fuel consumption, durability for the next 5-10 years, and potential problems sa usual na sakit ng models/brands na yun.

Any advice would be very helpful...

clearly, these pricier models are not meant for you nor me.
    but don't worry.
there's always someone out there who is richer than us, and is willing to afford these more expensive models.

The higher trim RAV4 models have a hard time selling because there are much better similar vehicles on the market at even a lower price. Below are the price of the TOTL gas-powered AWD CUVs:

    Subaru Forester XT (2.0L Turbo) - 1.948M
    Mazda CX5 (2.5L NA) - 1.850M
    Honda CRV (2.5L NA) - 1.693M
    Ford Escape (2.0L Turbo) - 1.790M
    Nissan Xtrail (2.5L NA) - 1.599M

What's the feedback with the Xtrail? It seems like its a good car price and specs wise, but I see more foresters on the road.
