for M/T, both pwede.
kung same car, same engine, different drivers but both professional in racing tapos magkaiba lang nang transmission ang ginagamit nila, I think parehas lang naman
or would I say lalamang ang M/T nang kaunti (shifting can be done at the right rpm needed)
pero hindi magkakalayo iyan for sure. the thing is, hindi mo basta pwedeng abusuhin ang A/T for racing unlike M/T, pa-correct nalang po ako dito kung mali thanks.

Ito po yung link sir. Medyo mahaba lang. Sa dulo may comparison sila ng same car. Enjoy po.

I have been driving stick for years now but there is one thing I have not tried... Is it possible ON FIRST GEAR completely let go of the clutch when let's say I am already running at 20km/h and the RPM is around 2300-2500?? Will it still stall given I am already moving?
Wow all these years as long as I am in first gear I never let go of the clutch completely and just release it when I shift to 2nd...
I assume same thing with Reverse, or do I need to still partially apply the clutch on Reverse?
safer kung naglalaro lang sa clutch pag reverse. mas malakas kasi ang hatak ng reverse over-all against sa 1st gear. in my experience
at 1st gear, i can fully release the clutch with slight on the gas pedal at 1.2-1.5 rpm. lalo pag continuous but slow moving traffic. kahit di pa umaangat yung needle ng speedometer.
^^Yeah I was so ignorant all along kala ko kasi dati basta 1st gear pag bitaw sa clutch patay ang makina yun pala hindi... In fact just tonight on my way home I tried it on my Yaris and even the car is just crawling maksin mga 10km/h lang swabe na sya even if I release the clutch... So manual ain't so bad in traffic afterall basta gumagalaw lang...
Oh, mapapagod ka nga nyan, same thing during reverse, as long as mahaba and you really need a fast pace, pwede bitawan clutch. In diesel, you can even release the clutch smoothly without depressing the accelerator and still the car would crawl - basta flat and wag lang uphill. Very helpful on heavy traffic. Sobrang lakas ng torque.
^^Actually sa gas pwede din ginagawa ko na rin yan dati ang hindi ko ginagawa na ngayon ko lang nalaman is totally let go of the clutch on 1st... Pero yung slightly letting go of the clutch to make the car roll without applying gas yes been doing that for years...
Pangit nga lang is on 1st gear without clutch applied ang lakas ng engine brake so medyo violent yung jerk ng car if you let go of the gas pedal...
