i have a black car nga pala and 2 months old pa lang naman.

mothers and megs are good products, but in terms of bang for buck, most of their products (especially the waxes), aren't as good as the others..

for example, the step2+step1 costs 5x more, and takes 2x more effort to achieve a look that nanosglos can give.

if you've money to burn, I'd recommend optimum products... if you can get a hold of collinite, even better.

Just finished detailing my Black car using Klasse Twins, ang galing nito!

Water marks were removed and swirl marks were effectively hidden (or removed?). Very glossy look na ulit black car ko, I'm just allowing the SG to cure, tapos top off ko with Collinite Insulator wax. The rain last week stripped off whatever wax my car had, so now I swithced to Klasse twins and Collinite.

Pinatagal ko mag dry ang SG, tapos when I was buffing it out ang hirap tanggalin ng residue. What I did was to wipe the stubborn residue with damp microfibre, then wipe down again with dry microfibre. Ayun, Tanggal!

sir, a safer way would be spraying the residue with a QD, then wiping with a microfiber cloth...

Just an update on my detailing. Yun Microtex duster easily slides off the car. I also noticed that dust does not accumulate that much kapag naka 'Glos, to think na wala pang cover yung garahe dito sa namin and yung direction ng hangin is talagang papunta sa bahay.

Yung Sliq I was able to apply pa after 24 hours... sarap haplosin yung oto afterwards. I just used a second MF to remove it.

for even more dust repelling action, you can try using optimum gloss enhancer

but since umuulan ulan ngayon, mas maganda ang nanosliq as a booster

476 is good... let the booster wax handle the aesthetics.

Sometimes I can wash our cars thrice a weekend, lalo na kung maulan

alam mo doc me nag invite sakin sa pinoy detailing site... hanep yung water beading nung isang forumer dun. even na even yung spacing ng beads parang naka arrange... kaka-shock yung ichura napahanga ako dun. ano kaya gamit niya?

    * SG - bro nasa utol ko yung FD e. actually siya talaga gusto kong i-detail kase gusto ko pakintabin yung habby red... but before anything else baka pa-clay ko muna para maalis impurities niya, di lang ako marunong. baka idaan ko sa BB, tagal mag open nung Sucat branch nila e.

*cjv_justice: yung kay sir matt ba yun? it's an old picture... I think he used Mothers FX spray wax over Collinite 476 for that detail
