For swirls its usually fixed with a polish. I would ask a detailer to do that for me. Meron paint correction options sa TDS the detail studio. Theyll do a better job with their machines.

Sealants dont have fillers. Some polish products have fillers some dont. Some glaze products also have fillers for swirls.

Question lang ulit. Can I use a scratch remover to remove superficial swirls? I have mantis scratch remover that I used to fix dog scratches on my door. It was effective and easy to use. I am curious if I can use this instead of a compound, then top it of with a sealant/wax afterwards.

    TIA

^ compounds use abrasives to diminish the clear coat para i pantay sa lalim ng scratch therefore permanently fixing the scratch but your clear coat is reduced. Then there are those so called fillers which do the opposite, like the mothers step 2 and some waxes, which fill the scratch para pumantay sa clear coat. The latter is temporary fix, pag na wash out na yung fillers kita ulit scratches but the original kapal ng clear coat mo stays. I just dont know which category mantis belongs kasi im not familiar with it.

Try mo muna yung 3M swirl remover; need patience to do it.

So either punta ako sa in laws ko or magpacarwash sa labas....

Microtex duster. Just wrap the duster with a newspaper for a day to absorb the paraffin wax.

Depende Sir kung gano natagal yung wax nyo based on your observation. For example, kung stretched durability nya ay 3 weeks better re-aaply every 2 weeks.

Bakit po kaya ganon, parang my misconception na wag masyadong mgwax on your car's first year kasi nakakacause yon ng cracks sa kotse. Imagine advice ng tga toyota na kapitbahay ng friend ko kasi nakakasira ng paint yon which is totally opposite sa mga nababasa ko dito. Nakakaconfuse lalo na sa mga newbies like me.alin ba tlga ang totoo dito?

May mga taong OC talaga sa car paint either its brand new or not. If you think you have enough protection on your car, then dont wax it too often. I don't really know where'd you get your news na nag ccrack ang paint? Ano bang ipinahid nila sa auto nila

Haha.this made me laugh.baka beer sir or whisky..kaya ngcrack.but really ang daming naniniwala na frequent waxing can damage the paint. Kahit ofcmates ko ganon paniniwala.palampasin daw muna 1 yr bago pawax kasi sayang ang paint. Eh d sobrang dry na ng clear coat kng ganon katagal.

recommended ng meguiars is every 3mos ang pag wax base sa video nila...regardless sa wax na gamit, just maintain the paint with a quik detailer between waxing....un nga lang medyo pricey yung meg quik detailer...parang nasa 950php ata per bottle but it works really good. For me, I'll use liquid or paste wax every 2 or 3mos...depende sa condition ng paint, then i'll just use a quick wax and detailer between waxing....just to avoid yung pagnipis daw ng clear coat kung panay ang wax lalo na kung gumagamit kayo ng buffing machine.
